The store itself looks absolutely amazing and very inviting for shopping. It's the best it's ever looked. However, I must say the fitting room was quite disappointing and really brought down the overall experience of the store. If you happen to walk towards the fire exit in the fitting room and glance left and right, you'll notice it's filled with thick dust, labels, and clearly needs some attention. While there are clearly high standards on the shop floor, it's a shame about the fitting area.

I recently moved to this area in March and have been a regular customer at this local clothing store. However, today I had a really bad experience. While picking up my online parcels and shopping in the store, I encountered an issue with a lady at the counter whose name started with 'S'. She ended up overcharging me for an extra item.

As she went to retrieve my online parcel, I checked my receipt and noticed the mistake. Despite her returning with my parcel and starting to serve the next customer, I waited to address the issue. When she finally acknowledged me, I mentioned the overcharge, but she simply told me to go back and join the queue again. It was frustrating as the mistake was clearly on her end - she was distracted while serving me and chatting with other staff members, leading to the error. Furthermore, she did not offer any apology or show proper customer service skills. It's important for her to understand the importance of providing good customer service.

I was quite disappointed with my recent experience. The website advertised free collection on orders over £19, but when I tried to use a discount code, I was charged 99p to pick up my parcel. It just doesn't add up, does it? 😕

I popped into the Bilston shop this morning to do some shopping, make an exchange, and pick up another item. Resham assisted us, and she was incredibly polite, cheerful, and genuinely friendly.

I expected the transaction to be complicated, but she handled it with ease. She might just be one of the friendliest staff members I've encountered, and I'm a regular at this store.

Make sure to treasure her; she's definitely a keeper.

I popped into the shop a few days ago to return an item after splurging nearly £400 in-store on Boxing Day. I must say, I was quite disappointed with the service I received. The lass behind the counter was ever so rude – she practically tossed the money onto the counter and did the same with the receipt. I was absolutely appalled, especially considering I am a regular shopper at the Bilston store. Needless to say, I won't be visiting again.

The only downside is that the fitting rooms are a bit messy, with dusty floors (huge dust bunnies everywhere) and curtains that keep falling down, which can make you feel a bit paranoid when people walk by.

No support provided for security tags in self-service, yet subjected to scrutiny resembling a criminal during bag and receipt checks upon exit.
