Lovely array of gluten-free goodies and other 'free from' options. Delighted to find A2 milk in stock too. The staff were pleasant and helpful. It would be handy to see folic acid on the shelves as well.
Eric Moore (05/09/2025, 09:25):
Lovely corner shop, with a friendly team, though a tad chilly in there.
Grace Perry (04/09/2025, 03:53):
The staff is really friendly, but the prices are way too high compared to other supermarkets. Come on, Co-op, you need to ditch your dividend payments, lower your prices, and stop taking advantage of the local community. It's been going on for too long!
Evelyn Martinez (29/08/2025, 07:13):
It was a delightful surprise to stumble upon ice cream still available at a reasonable price, despite being in high demand due to the warm weather causing it to melt quickly.
Chloe Ford (29/08/2025, 05:00):
This massive convenience store has got everything and then some, they even stock large electrical items. I'll definitely be stopping by again.
Adam Foster (25/08/2025, 13:45):
The Balloch Coop team are absolutely brilliant, and having a post office inside the shop is just so convenient. They offer a great selection of products for a smaller supermarket.
Victoria Smith (24/08/2025, 05:36):

Nancy Collins (21/08/2025, 09:11):
This store is really well organized with a great selection of high-quality items. The prices are very competitive and they offer a good range of their own brand products.
Doris Gray (20/08/2025, 12:07):
Busy place... Staff is amazing... However, could use a few more hands on deck... Prices are a tad higher compared to other stores... I do visit, but not for everyday essentials... Prices can be a bit steep for most... I tend to be more selective in my shopping there.
Stephen Edwards (18/08/2025, 19:33):
Fantastic little corner shop, perfect for the locals and always a delight to see the tourists popping in and out. The best time to visit is during the off-peak seasons when you can really enjoy the peace and quiet.
Jerry Ward (17/08/2025, 12:52):
Larger than your typical corner shop, this convenience store offers a wide range of products to choose from. I was especially impressed by their selection of vegetarian and vegan options. The store is clean, well-lit, and has spacious aisles. It was a pleasant shopping experience overall!
Jesse Jackson (16/08/2025, 11:02):

Olivia Hughes (14/08/2025, 18:15):
Prices may not be the best, but that seems to be the case everywhere nowadays, doesn't it? I've always been fond of the co-op. I stumbled upon some items here that I haven't come across anywhere else. The staff is quite friendly. Overall, it's a great spot for shopping.
Linda Lewis (14/08/2025, 07:00):
This Co-op is by far the best I've ever visited! The staff is super helpful and the products are displayed beautifully.
Christina Morales (13/08/2025, 04:15):
What a cracking little shop this is! It was tidy as can be with loads of stock. We popped in on our way back from holiday and there were plenty of choices to choose from. Bonus points for having toilet facilities too! Cheers to the convenience store, we'll definitely be back.
Kelly Cook (12/08/2025, 09:07):
It's a right local spot with all the necessities, although some bits and bobs can be a tad pricier than what you'd find at bigger grocery stores. But if you're in need of a handy post office, this place has got you covered.
Katherine Cook (12/08/2025, 08:08):
This wee convenience store is just perfectly placed for a visit to this lovely part of Scotland. The shelves are always loaded with everything we need. It's our go-to spot for stocking up before heading out to the more secluded spots of Argyll.
Joyce Walker (11/08/2025, 19:34):
Well, the prices in this shop are a bit steep, catering to the locals in Balloch and not Orkney. If you're visiting, don't forget your jacket, as it can be surprisingly chilly even in summer. The tills even have heaters above them for the staff! And remember, summer only lasts about 2 days in Scotland :0)
