The staff is incredibly helpful, unlike a certain online store that shall remain unnamed (cough, cough, only Stone Island). I was totally gobsmacked when the staff at the Aberdeen store had a proper laugh at me for being shocked by that coyote fur trim jacket. I mean, come on – a Canadian Goose jacket in Scotland? And all that unnecessary cruelty for a fashion statement? It's just not on in this day and age, especially with plenty of other stylish options available.

I 'ave purchased a bloody expensive pair of Gucci trainers fer me wife's anniversary. She wore them only twice, and blimey on the back of the shoe all the glitter came off! Simply because it was raining... If water can do that kind of damage to a very expensive item, why are you blokes selling them??? And now they are taking no blame and have pointed me in the direction of Gucci? At the end of the day, I bought them from Cruise Aberdeen. They should be solving this issue 'cause it’s definitely not our fault. Apart from the glitter coming off, the shoes are still brand new; me wife takes good care of them. Really disappointed with the store manager to be treated like this. Especially since we 'ave been buying from Cruise for a long time. We 'ave purchased many Gucci items and never 'ad an issue. Me wife was supposed to wear them on holiday. Now she simply can’t. VERY DISGUSTED THAT NO BODY IS TAKING BLAME FOR THIS. I NEED THIS SORTED ASAP.

Oh dear, I must say my recent experience at the Designer clothing store in Aberdeen was not quite up to par. The staff there were rather rude, I'm afraid. I popped in to arrange an online return and was informed that my return couldn't be processed because one of the items was incorrect and it was an online purchase. However, according to the information on the store's website, online purchases can indeed be returned in-store for a credit note. It seems there was a bit of a misunderstanding there.

I do hope that the two ladies I encountered on the 11th of August 2020 receive some additional training on customer service skills. They seemed to be a tad bit too assertive, if you catch my drift. This particular franchise in Aberdeen might need to work on maintaining the esteemed reputation of Cruise Fashion UK.
