Incredible assortment of artifacts, tools, agricultural machinery, attire, kitchen gadgets, and a plethora of items from days gone by, all housed in a historic mill - what more could one ask for?! Additionally, there's a charming tea room serving scrumptious paninis, delightful homemade treats, and the like. Our visit was truly a delight!

This privately owned museum, which receives no funding from the local authority, is a hidden gem. The cozy cafe on site serves delicious homemade fare, expertly prepared by cheerful staff and catering to a variety of tastes. Visitors can also witness the impressive working water wheel at the mill, currently undergoing restoration.

Kudos to all involved in preserving and presenting these treasures. Thank you for a memorable experience.

My spouse and I popped into the museum café earlier today for a spot of coffee. We each enjoyed a toasted sandwich with a side of salad, and it was simply delightful. The establishment was impeccably clean, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. We will most certainly return for another visit in the future. Cheers!

A marvellous hidden treasure on the outskirts of Kilwinning. My teddy bears and I treated Aunty Judith to lunch and a trip to the museum today, and we had a splendid time. The food was excellent, served by your delightful staff. We captured photos of Dottie, Floriadh, and Lucie donning their Chinese garb. We all thoroughly relished the latest exhibition on the lower floor and observed additional new displays upstairs as well. A delightful couple of hours whizzed by in a flash, and the visit concluded with tea, coffee, and scrumptious cake. Simply perfect. We are all eagerly anticipating our next visit.
