Fantastic store and amazing staff! Recently had a boot fitting appointment with James and Chris W, two top blokes who really know their stuff! Chris W is a true wizard when it comes to fitting boots and sorted me out with some bespoke insoles that have revolutionized my comfort on the slopes. I can't recommend this store enough for ski boot fittings, and Chris W's custom insoles are an absolute game-changer!

A jolly good emporium with a vast array of choices, I must say. It can be a bit pricey, but the quality of their wares certainly justifies the cost. I had a natter with Duncan over the blower, and he was ever so helpful in trying to track down a particular jacket I had my eye on. Though I didn't manage to lay hands on said jacket, I appreciated his efforts and willingness to assist. I've also had the pleasure of being attended to by Alex in the past, who possesses a wealth of knowledge and is quite helpful.
I must mention, the reason why I'm unable to award a full 5 stars is due to the inconsistent service. I've paid a visit to this establishment on several occasions, and it seems the quality of service varies depending on the staff working that day. There are times when the staff seem more interested in a chinwag at the checkout, while other moments they're quite keen on aiding customers promptly.
I do have a soft spot for supporting family-run businesses, however, the sporadic service prevents me from bestowing a flawless rating upon this establishment.

I 'ad a smashing time at this place. I purchased me snowboard boots, goggles, bindings and even got 2 boards waxed and edged. The bloke 'James' who assisted me, and did the boot heat moulding, was proper clued up on snowboard gear, and you could tell he 'ad a real passion for the sport. Top-notch service, I must say. I reckon all shopping experiences should be like this one.

Upon hearing about their exceptional boot fitting service, I decided to give this company a try to ensure I found the perfect fit, and the experience exceeded all expectations. I spent an impressive 2.5 hours being meticulously measured, testing out various boot options, having personalized footbeds created, and then having the inner boots expertly heated to conform to the shape of my feet. Throughout the process, Aaron was incredibly patient, well-informed, and amiable. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right.
