Upon entering, there was a noticeable musty odor in the air and it was evident that the roof had been leaking. There were numerous buckets strategically placed to catch drips, making it challenging to navigate through the darkened environment. It's safe to say, my return to this outlet mall won't be happening anytime soon!

I recently enjoyed a special deal at the outlet mall - a delicious sausage roll paired with a piping hot cup of tea. Both items were truly exceptional, with the tea perfectly brewed and the roll absolutely top notch. I will definitely be returning for more! Cheers!

The place looks a tad worn out and could definitely use some investment to freshen it up. However, there are some quality outlets worth visiting, and they always go the extra mile during the festive season!

Whilst the visit to the outlet mall was quite pleasant and the shop floor staff were really helpful, the experience at the restaurant left a lot to be desired!
My mate and I decided to share a toasty and a scone, along with two bottles of lager. However, we were informed that we could only have one bottle of lager each, and if we wanted another one, we would need to order another main dish. I found this rule rather infuriating and on principle, I doubt I'll be returning to this establishment, especially not the restaurant! It might be worth the management's while to rethink how such a daft rule can negatively impact the customer experience!

The staff and amenities were top-notch. The food was delightful, although the exterior left something to be desired. Definitely worth a visit for both tourists and locals, as there are plenty of shopping options. I particularly enjoyed the whisky shop.

Spent a good 20 minutes hunting down the Loch Lomond distillery shop within this maze-like place, quite the challenge. The interior could use a bit of updating, however, my better half did manage to snag some great deals. The whisky selection wasn't too shabby either, once you finally stumble upon the shop.

Well, I must say, our visit to the outlet mall was quite the peculiar adventure. Anticipating a bustling shopping center, we found ourselves in what felt like a cross between a horror movie set and a post-apocalyptic landscape. At one point, I half-expected to encounter a zombie horde! Fortunately, we emerged unscathed, but we'll think twice before venturing back.

It's a jolly good spot to pop by on a drizzly day. Not as vast as it once was, but still a few smashing deals to be found. Made use of me NHS discount card (blue light) when purchasing me winter boots and shoes... saved meself £10. Cheers!

Oh, what a charming place The Cafe is! The staff is delightful and ever so friendly, just like all the other staff members. The food is always fresh and reasonably priced. And the shop itself is splendid, with plenty of treasures to be found. A truly wonderful experience!

I had a rather unpleasant experience with the manager, who seemed quite rude and lacking in manners. She appeared irritated when our small group entered the restaurant unexpectedly. Despite us becoming customers of the establishment, she made it clear through her words that she was displeased with the disruption to her day. On the bright side, the other staff members were extremely polite and accommodating. However, due to the manager's behavior, I don't think I'll be returning to this place.
