Typically, I order from other wholesalers, but I decided to give Bar one clothing a shot. After placing my order, everything seemed fine until I received an email notifying me of a stock issue. Some items were out of stock, and others wouldn't be available until August/September, which was alright with me. However, I was informed that I could only backorder for 28 days while waiting for the items to be restocked, even though they wouldn't be back in stock for much longer than that. Additionally, if I wanted the items shipped when they did arrive, I would have to pay an extra £10 for postage. There was no apology, and it didn't feel like they valued my business. It all just seemed like a lot of unnecessary hassle. 🤷

I was on the hunt for some affordable yet high-quality jumpers online to print my designs on. That's when I stumbled upon Bar One Clothing and noticed their prices were quite competitive. I thought, 'Why not give them a try?' I ended up ordering 2 premium hoodies and 3 lightweight hoodies at a very good rate! When the hoodies arrived, they were exactly what I had been searching for and I was thrilled. However, as I examined the hoodies, I noticed that one of the premium hoodies had a yellow mark that looked like it was made with a felt-tip pen. I tried to remove it but it seemed to be a stain. I was quite surprised by this. I decided to call customer service and spoke with Andy, explaining the situation to him. He promptly offered to either exchange the premium hoodie and cover the delivery costs or provide a full refund. I opted for the refund and the money was back in my bank account the same day. I was very pleased with the entire process and would highly recommend Bar One Clothing. I will definitely be doing business with them again in the future. Thank you, Andy, for your assistance!

First time I 'ave used them. I spoke with Gavin over the blower who explained the whole process. 'E put me mind at ease. Not only 'at 'e assured me it would be spot on. I ordered and waited with anticipation for me bits to arrive. Blimey they were spot on. I couldn't 'ave been more chuffed with the level of service, embroidery, and product. I must say, my experience with this screen printing shop has been quite disappointing. I ordered a few items, only for them to arrive in poor condition. To add to the frustration, the company was unwilling to take responsibility for the issue. At first, they promised to reimburse me for the return shipping labels, but I never received the refund for the shipping cost after sending the items back. On top of that, they deducted a 20% restocking fee even though the items were faulty!
The customer service is truly abysmal. It takes days to receive a response, and when they do reply, it's clear they lack basic customer service skills. The tone of their messages is almost rude, and it's evident that they have little understanding of proper etiquette.
I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for your screen printing needs. There are plenty of other clothing suppliers that offer better quality and more reliable service.

We spent over £500 on printed hoodies that arrived two days late despite us emphasizing the importance of receiving them by a specific date. We ended up having to shell out an additional £600 with another company just in case the first order was delayed again, as Bar One couldn't give us a concrete delivery date.
When the hoodies finally arrived, we discovered that 4 of them were missing names on the back. It was a pretty disappointing experience, and we lost £600 due to the delay that we won't be able to recoup. Understandably, both the parents and ourselves were not pleased with the situation. I would recommend steering clear of this company.
