I 'ad a brilliant experience today, 'ad some queries about some 'iking items. There were only a few staff in, but I spoke to a lass named Kirsty and she was right 'elpful. Some of the gear I needed wasn't in-store, but she offered to 'elp me order it. Lovely customer service, absolutely love the shop. Cheers mate!

2/21/23: Headed down to snag the ebike after getting the heads up that it was good to go. Well, turns out it wasn't. Zilch on the lights, zero cat eyes in sight. Charger? Nowhere to be found. And don't even get me started on the greasy prints and brake fluid smudges all over the frame. Talk about a letdown, mate. Waste of cash and time, if you ask me.
Proper gutted.

Dropped a hefty £1.8k on an ebike but no fella at the Aberdeen store to piece it together. No bike, no cash, so what's the plan now when there's no word at all? It'd be grand to know what I forked out for, wouldn't it?

Zachary Rivera (30/05/2025, 16:51):
I was recommended by a mate to check out Decathlon as I was in need of a ton of running gear. I was blown away by the vast range of protein bars, gels, and whatnot! The customer service was top-notch too. I sought some advice from Dom at the checkout, and he steered me towards all the things I needed. It was a cracking visit overall, and I'll surely be returning!
Walter Martinez (29/05/2025, 12:23):

Oh mate, this shop is absolutely brilliant! They've got a massive selection of gear, and I've got to give a big shoutout to one of the staff members (I reckon her name is spelled Kaja) for helping me pick out the top-notch skiing equipment. Cheers!
Brenda Robinson (25/05/2025, 02:48):
Just got meself a new bike after 20 long years. James over at the bike workshop was a real gem, he took the time to make sure the bike I fancied was the right fit for me, tweaking it and getting it all set up just right. A proper friendly lad he was, didn't rush me even though the shop was buzzing with customers and bikes to sort out. The rest of the crew were top-notch as well, can't fault 'em!
Victoria Phillips (23/05/2025, 12:37):
The best sporting goods store in Aberdeen with top-notch customer service! Would definitely recommend.
Brittany Sullivan (23/05/2025, 03:25):
The staff was quite friendly and helpful. They provided great advice on bikes and clearly knew their stuff.
Donald Rodriguez (20/05/2025, 00:34):
I'm absolutely thrilled that Aberdeen now boasts a Decathlon store. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist me. And let me tell you, those self check-out machines are a game changer! They are RFID-enabled, so all you have to do is place your items in the basket at the check-out and voilà, they get scanned automatically. No need to scan each item individually! It's truly amazing.
Ruth Nguyen (19/05/2025, 16:56):
Marvelous selection of goods and incredibly helpful service at the checkout, much obliged.
Kelly Bailey (17/05/2025, 00:59):
Excellent range of sports apparel, footwear, and gear. The prices are fair, so you won't break the bank, although I did notice a few items that were a tad pricier than anticipated. I managed to find hiking boots of comparable quality at a lower price elsewhere, but that's to be expected as no single store always has the absolute best prices. The staff could work on being a bit more hospitable and approachable, but perhaps I just caught them on an off day. I witnessed another customer receiving less than satisfactory service during a return, which was a bit off-putting.
Frank Williams (16/05/2025, 13:53):
I ain't saying the shop ain't good value for money. The downside is you gotta fork out £1.5 to pick up an order, which is a bit steep if you ask me. Plus, there's the parking fees to consider, and when you tally it all up, the prices are pretty much on par with other places. So, is it really bang for your buck?
Billy Cox (14/05/2025, 05:27):
The staff were absolutely brilliant when it came to trying on shoes. There are consistently fantastic bargains to be discovered in the sale sections. I am over the moon that Aberdeen finally has a Decathlon store.
