I popped into the store and found exactly what I was after in no time. No point faffing about searching for stuff! Scored a lovely little pink top.

I ventured out tonight in search of the elusive vegan section, only to discover it had mysteriously vanished, leaving me to scavenge for scattered bits in other aisles. No longer willing to tread the path of the death aisle in pursuit of beefless pies, I lamented the absence of vegan pasta in the sandwich section for weeks on end. The shopping experience has become increasingly vexing, as I find myself endlessly wandering the aisles in a fruitless quest for plant-based provisions.

Purchased some furniture from them recently. The delivery was quite mishandled, I must say. My complaint seemed to have gone unnoticed. It seems like their management lacks the power to offer even a small compensation for the inconvenience they caused. I suggest heading over to John Lewis instead for a much better service and shopping experience. I certainly won't be using them again. Quite disappointed, to be honest.
David Reyes (09/08/2025, 15:18):
I must say, the selection of beauty products, fragrances, and furniture at this Supermarket is quite extensive. I only had a limited amount of time to shop, but I was able to find everything I was looking for in these 3 areas. The 20% discount on some furniture was a pleasant surprise and made for a great saving, especially considering how pricey things can be around here.

Well, everyone 'as their own opinions on M&S, but personally, I 'ave no complaints. I find the clothing to be good value and well-made. The store itself is clean, bright, and spacious with a good variety of clothing options. This won't be my first visit, and it certainly won't be my last! Cheers!

I say, what a jolly old mess I found meself in the other day at the food hall! Lost me bank card in the blasted machine, I did. And would you believe it, not a single concern from the staff! It was as if they couldn't be bothered, saying "Tough luck, mate, you'll have to toddle off to the bank." Not a care in the world for the four bags of groceries I was lugging around, mind you. And what's worse, that same pesky machine is still there, even after I suggested they replace it. So do take heed, chaps and chapettes, steer clear of that infernal bank machine. The lass at the bank told me it happens quite frequently with their contraptions, you know.

What a brilliant little spot to pick up all your bits and bobs for the home.
Rose Simmons (31/07/2025, 10:08):
Extensive, grand M&S with a fine selection of furniture and homeware, alongside a vast array of clothing and sub-brands. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly.
Amanda Hamilton (27/07/2025, 03:57):
Had a good wander around the store earlier. Spotted some fantastic Christmas decorations and gifts, really got me in the festive spirit. The clothing selection was impressive as well. Skipped the food section this visit, but I know they always have a great range of products available.
Philip Carter (25/07/2025, 19:40):
I spent a fortnight in Glasgow and popped into Marks and Spencer on at least four occasions. The showroom had fresh stock and some great sales offers. I ended up buying quite a few things for myself and my family. The quality of the merchandise here is top-notch and durable. The staff were friendly and provided excellent assistance. Overall, it was a pleasant shopping experience.
Larry Stewart (25/07/2025, 08:16):
Oh, dear, what a dreadful time I had with M&S banking! They seem to charge based on their APR, but would you believe it, they don't even show this in your transaction list! You'd think they would at least mention it clearly, but no, it's hidden away on the second page of your statements. It all seems rather nonsensical. In reality, it feels like they're sneaking charges in without your knowledge, which is simply not right or fair!
Barbara Cruz (24/07/2025, 04:55):
I had a right dreadful experience trying to return a bloke's shirt today. I took off the packaging and noticed a bleedin' mark on it. I asked the woman in the menswear department if they had another one, and she just knew they didn't without even bothering to look for me. Can you believe it? Then she suggested I wash the brand-new shirt? What a load of codswallop! Another woman at the other till was just as unhelpful and sour-faced. What a shame, I tell ya. On the bright side, the staff upstairs at the new Opticians were absolute gems - so helpful and friendly. They could teach the folks downstairs a thing or two, that's for sure!
Deborah Gutierrez (24/07/2025, 00:14):
This is a grand emporium with a vast selection of clothing.
Their range of socks and trousers is truly splendid, always my go-to.
The food market is top-notch, offering a diverse selection with superior ready-made meals compared to other supermarkets.
Prices are quite reasonable, making it a jolly good shopping destination.
Christian Hernandez (21/07/2025, 21:13):
I recently had a rather disappointing experience at the checkouts in this supermarket. There were three staff members and a supervisor present, yet they seemed to be more focused on chatting amongst themselves rather than attending to the customers waiting in line. Additionally, the coffee shop left a lot to be desired - the selection of cake slices was limited and the tables and window sills were quite dirty.
It's unfortunate to see a once reputable store like this one fall from grace on the high street. It seems like improvements are needed in both customer service and overall cleanliness to regain their place in the market.
Wayne Jones (21/07/2025, 13:41):
This M&S is absolutely brilliant - plenty of room spread across 4 levels. The Simply Food department offers an excellent variety, and it's fantastic to browse through the furniture display in person.
Carl Hernandez (20/07/2025, 06:05):
Oh, what a smashing shopping experience at this supermarket! Such a vast array of victuals to cater to every taste. My top pick in this emporium has to be the scorching victuals counter; the selection of comestibles there is simply smashing, with delectable delights like chicken, salads, and smoothies that are absolutely divine. And the range of apparel, spread across three floors, is sure to cater to every taste. Absolutely jolly good time in this place, can't wait to pop back in for another visit. Cheers!
John Rogers (18/07/2025, 10:50):
Provides the best exchange rate for Euros to Pounds.
David Ward (16/07/2025, 16:22):
Plenty of top-notch goods on offer, from fashion to groceries and household items. Plus, there's a spacious cafe located on the second floor of the establishment. The employees are delightful and there's always a pleasant and relaxed ambiance in the shop!
Benjamin Lewis (16/07/2025, 01:49):
Well, where do I begin? I have to admit, I'm absolutely dreadful at choosing clothes. The whole ordeal tends to overwhelm me, and I invariably end up just grabbing everything in black! So, this has happened twice now. On a recent work night out, I found myself in desperate need of an outfit. I wandered into M&S, took a look around, and that's when I encountered a seasoned gent by the name of Thomas. He was absolutely fantastic. Thomas expertly coordinated my ensemble, asking all the right questions to ensure I was properly outfitted. Fast forward to today, and I found myself back at M&S in search of an outfit for another important occasion - a date this time. I scanned the store looking for Thomas, but alas, he had departed. However, he had left me in the capable hands of Scott, another sharp dresser on your team. The first shirt Scott selected was oddly enough the one I had my eye on, but he insisted I try on a few other options before heading to the fitting room. Not only that, he went out of his way to fetch additional shirts while I was changing. All in all, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service. I hope both Thomas and Scott are still part of the company come Christmas, as I'd love to show them my appreciation with some chocolates or a drink.
Aaron Long (13/07/2025, 19:28):
On our fourth day in Glasgow, my mate and I popped into this cafe that felt just like a cozy spot for a cuppa at home. The staff there were ever so friendly, welcoming us with wide grins! We've tried out about five different restaurants during our stay, but none can quite top the service we received at M and S!
