Decided to give it a try this week since I got a voucher in my mailbox. Wasn't able to find everything I needed, prices were alright but not significantly better than Morrisons. Might stop by for a few items every now and then.

I am a big fan of Lidl, they have some fantastic tools and special deals, not to mention their prices are much lower than other stores. I used to shop here regularly until I moved to a new area, now I have to catch a ride to get there but I don't mind because it's worth it when I can load up on supplies. By the way, you must try their delicious cinnamon buns made fresh in the bakery, they are absolutely scrumptious! 😋

Absolutely dreadful customer service! There is never any staff available at the designated checkout counters, and when they finally open more than one till, instead of creating multiple queues, they have one queue that stretches the length of the shop. I decided to queue at a different checkout counter and was told to go back to the end of the line! There was no one managing the queue, so people were joining other checkout counters without being informed. Quite a chaotic experience, I must say.

I must say, my daughter had quite the unpleasant experience at that Hamilton store not too long ago. A manager by the name of Billy decided to embarrass her by denying the purchase of 10 packs of garlic sausage, a staple we purchase weekly. He then proceeded to count his own stock which was plentiful. Needless to say, we won't be returning anytime soon.

Just wanted to mention that this individual was indeed asked multiple times if they wished to place an order. We're not a wholesaler, but we'd gladly special order the product for any customer looking to buy in bulk. Please don't hide behind a smartphone and drop names in a public forum. Nevertheless, I'd like to express my appreciation for the numerous positive reviews of the Hamilton store. I can assure everyone that the staff is toiling harder than ever to assist in feeding the local community during these challenging times. Let's all take a moment to acknowledge the stress and long hours the staff is enduring at present.

Pretty good, but they really ought to stock up on more freeway diet cola. My granddad is a regular drinker and it's frustrating when he comes in and they've run out. It's just not right for those who rely on it, you know?

The prices are definitely better than Tesco's, but I've found that most of their food is low quality. I haven't sampled everything, but I tend to stick to buying ice lollies and cones because they're very cheap. Even their diluted juice was more affordable compared to other stores.

If you fancy being treated like a bit of a numpty, that's the spot for you. The quality of the groceries is top-notch, but the customer service leaves much to be desired. Seems to be a case of Hamilton folks' distinctive attitude shining through.

Just had my first visit to Lidl Hamilton and must say it was top-notch compared to all the other Lidls - spacious, plenty of room, and the staff were excellent. When I accidentally dropped my eggs while packing, they kindly let me grab another pack. I definitely recommend Aldi at Earnock Hamilton! 👍👍👍👍👍
