The chap who's in charge over there, the old fella, is quite the gent. I used to pop in every now and then, and he always did a grand job. But recently, they've taken on a new lad who lacks a bit of finesse when it comes to dealing with customers. He talks down to folks with a bit of an uppity attitude and shows a lack of respect. I gave him a taste of his own medicine and managed to ruffle his feathers a bit. I suggested to the boss that they might be better off giving him the boot for the sake of customer satisfaction. If they were to let him go, I'd happily bump up my rating to 4 stars. But as long as he's around, it's a 1-star affair, I'm afraid.

I requested for my scarf to have a baby overlock, I was extremely specific and confirmed if they indeed had this service available, to which they affirmed. However, the following day, the scarf only had a regular overlock, not meeting my specifications. I expressed my disappointment as it was not what I had asked for. They then proceeded to rectify the mistake by cutting off parts of the scarf in the process.
Upon completion, I inquired about a possible refund due to the fact that the end result was not what I requested and my scarf had been compromised. However, the son became defensive and failed to comprehend my frustration, even attempting to take the scarf from me to prove a point. This displayed very poor customer service and a confrontational attitude.

I had this plush toy that had a little snag on its embroidered nose, and I thought it would be an easy fix to have it re-sewn since it holds sentimental value to me. However, the tailor completely botched the job and turned the cute round nose into a long series of stitches. Instead of giving me a heads up when they realized they couldn't handle it, they went ahead and ruined my beloved stuffed animal. I strongly advise against using their services, it's not worth your time or money.
