Scheduled an appointment to have the drivers side seat repaired due to significant wear, dropped it off and picked it up on the same day. Very easy to find, just off the motorway. The job was absolutely fantastic, they replaced the leather strip and stitched it perfectly to match the seat. Couldn't even tell there was a repair done, it looks amazing. Will definitely be using them again.

I recently had the pleasure of getting my Triumph TR6 seats reupholstered in leather by Mo at Samco, and I must say, what a brilliant job! Everything was carried out exactly as I had requested and within the agreed timeframe. Mo was more than willing to provide guidance on every aspect of the project and explained in detail the process involved in reupholstering the seats. I cannot speak highly enough of this company.

Outstanding service and top-notch craftsmanship. Had a torn and ripped driver's seat that needed urgent repair. Mo managed to fit me in last minute and completed the job swiftly. The seat now looks brand new. Plus, the pricing was quite fair. I can't speak highly enough of these fellas.

I needed the driver's seat right bolster fixed on my W124 convertible. They replaced it with new leather that was a perfect match in color. The craftsmanship was top-notch and they had a great attitude.

After arranging a complete leather restoration for our classic BMW car, including logos and floor mats in October 2020, I was assured that the job would be no problem at all. Oh, how wrong I was. Issues arose, leading to a very poor quality result, especially with the passenger seat - it's absolutely dreadful.

When I requested for the seat to be fixed, the owner became aggressive, irate, and intimidating. He refused to address the issues and even threatened to take my seats away and not return them unless I paid the remaining balance. As a lone female against two men speaking in their own language, there were swear words, shouting, and even an attempt to drive off with my seats, nearly hitting me with his van! I had no choice but to pay up to keep my seats, only to now have to completely restore them again.

I've asked for a receipt multiple times, but the owner simply turns up his radio when I try to talk to him. After receiving payment, he blocked me on WhatsApp. And to top it off, the leather used was not what I selected - it's a cheap synthetic version instead of the genuine quality leather I paid for. The logos are the wrong color, the metal frame of the passenger seat is exposed, and the workmanship is below par. The headrests are also a disgrace, and the casings of the driver and passenger seats are damaged.

To add to the misery, my tire was mysteriously found flat/slashed after they worked on the car, and my BMW onboard tool kit has vanished. The job, which was promised to be completed within 3 weeks, took almost 6 MONTHS due to constant delays with no valid explanations. I felt coerced into paying for a job that I am truly unsatisfied with. There was no guidance on leather care, probably because the material used is definitely not the authentic leather I had chosen.

I strongly advise avoiding the stress and horrendous service provided by this company at all costs. Their customer service is a nightmare, lacking any semblance of professionalism.

Brought in our Renault Kadjar to have the upholstery on 3 panels of the driver's seat repaired. Mo gave us a fantastic quote and finished the job within a day. The result is top-notch, couldn't be more pleased with the craftsmanship... or the price. I would definitely recommend Mo and the team at Samco.
