During our first visit, Sarah was an absolute gem. After a disappointing experience at another store, she completely turned my day around. I can't thank her enough for truly understanding my vision and being so supportive and delightful throughout the appointment.

I popped into the shop twice this week. I had an appointment on Wednesday and had another one lined up at a different store a few days later. However, after my Wednesday visit to Brides in the City and trying on so many stunning dresses with Danielle's expert guidance, I quickly decided to cancel my other appointment and schedule another one at Brides in the City.
I was feeling a bit nervous before my appointment, being pregnant and all, and unsure if I'd find something that fit and flattered me. But Danielle made me feel like I was shopping with a close friend. She created such a comfortable environment that I still can't believe I found my dream wedding dress, a moment I've fantasized about since I was a little girl.
I highly recommend paying a visit to this store – the wide range of styles, inclusive sizes, and accessories are fantastic. And if you're lucky enough, ask for Danielle; she's just lovely and so easy to chat with.

Both visits were truly delightful experiences, something I was initially quite anxious about! My time at the bridal shop was absolutely magical from the moment I stepped through the door.
I entered (without an appointment) hoping to simply peruse the dresses, thinking I might not be allowed in but decided to inquire nonetheless. Danielle was in the midst of sprucing up the shop, yet she graciously welcomed me and took the time to showcase their stunning collection of gowns. She even encouraged me to try on a dress... and serendipitously, the dress embodied everything I had envisioned, fit like a glove, and was the very first one to bring tears to my eyes!! 🥹 I am profoundly thankful that Danielle extended such warm hospitality by allowing me to try on that dress, which turned out to be THE dress. If not for her kindness, I would still be in a state of uncertainty and anxiety!
Moreover, every individual in the shop exuded friendliness. It was evident that they are a fantastic group of women who are passionate about their craft, and such dedication is truly rare to come by!
