I had the MOST extraordinary experience with Francesca and Suzie at Eleganza yesterday! It has always been my dream to find my dress at Eleganza, and I was feeling quite overwhelmed by the process of selecting THE dress. Francesca was simply amazing from beginning to end - she took the time to truly understand my vision for the dress, and which fabrics/styles would suit me best. She explained the thought process behind each dress she presented to me, and was incredibly patient as I made my decision. There was absolutely no pressure whatsoever, yet she provided guidance and support as I deliberated.
After my appointment at another shop later in the day, there was no expectation for me to cancel, but after trying on one dress there, I had a revelation that the one I truly wanted was with Francesca 😂 I called back and Suzie warmly welcomed me in the afternoon to say yes to my dress! They were so accommodating during both visits to the store, and went above and beyond. It was a truly magical day. I am eagerly anticipating the arrival of my dress.
