I 'ad the best experience from start to finish. From me initial phone consultation with Rachel, to me in shop appointment with Annie - every member of staff I encountered was so professional and down to earth while still deliverin' amazin' and elevated customer service. Annie was a gem - she really listened to me thoughts and concerns and brought me a super varied range to allow me to experiment. I felt super relaxed and enjoyed meself which is a testament to 'er energy as I was very nervous. I felt seen and like meself, not a generic 'bride' which was one of me biggest concerns. I had the most amazing experience with my consultant Ava at Eleganza Bridal yesterday. It was my first time shopping for a wedding dress, and after a disappointing experience elsewhere, I was nervous for my appointment. However, as soon as I walked into the store, all my worries disappeared. The store is stunning, and everyone there, from the consultants to the other brides, was so friendly.
Ava was phenomenal from beginning to end, making me feel completely comfortable. She truly understood my vision and showed me dresses that suited me perfectly, making the decision so difficult!
