I had the pleasure of visiting Eleganza, which was the second bridal shop on my list, and what an experience! From the moment we stepped in, Chloe was incredibly helpful and delightful. The shop itself was stunning, and we were promptly offered some bubbly or water upon arrival. I showed Chloe a few dress pictures that caught my eye, although I was still unsure about the styles. Surprisingly, every dress I tried on was a hit! Chloe seemed to have a knack for knowing what suited me best. Having the shop all to ourselves in the morning made the whole appointment feel extra special. When I narrowed it down to two favorites, I was escorted to the front room, where I stood on a pedestal with a ring light shining down on me - the entire experience, the gorgeous dresses, the wonderful staff - I cannot recommend them highly enough! I was amazed that I ended up saying YES to the dress. Huge thanks to Chloe and Eleganza for creating such an incredible experience 🩷

From the moment I set foot in the shop, she made me feel completely at ease with 'er warm and calming energy. She 'as a true gift for understanding exactly what a bride is seekin' - even when I wasn't quite sure myself! She listened attentively to my vision, selected the most exquisite dresses, and guided me with such patience and expertise. 'Er attention to detail and knowledge were somethin' I 'adn't encountered in any of the other bridal shops I 'ad visited. What an absolutely fabulous bridal experience at Eleganza! Rachel, my stylist, was incredibly helpful and selected the most perfect dresses for me to try on. And Maddie was just fantastic, ensuring that we were taken care of throughout. In the end, I found the dress of my dreams and I couldn't be happier. As a plus-sized bride shopping for the first time, I was quite nervous about how it would all go, but from the moment I walked in, I was made to feel comfortable. I cannot speak highly enough of Eleganza and the team!
Update: I picked up my dress in December and everything was simply amazing. I even found the most perfect headband to complement my dress. Rachel has been an absolute gem, making the entire experience truly magical.

I had my first bridal appointment yesterday at Eleganza, and it was absolutely incredible! I was feeling a bit nervous beforehand, as it all seemed a bit overwhelming, but the staff were all so lovely and welcoming. Especially Rachel, who was dedicated to helping me during my appointment. She took the time to get to know everyone I had brought with me, asked about my fiancé, and it felt like having a friend there to assist me! She seemed to know exactly what I wanted before I even mentioned it, always one step ahead and so helpful in suggesting different ways to customize dresses. Her expertise was invaluable, and after trying on just 4 dresses, I found the one! The whole experience felt easy, relaxed, and fun, and all the staff congratulated me and made me feel beautiful. I can't thank Rachel and the rest of the Eleganza staff enough for such an amazing experience!
