I had a fantastic experience at OOAK last Friday and found my dream dress, thanks to Stacey for all her help! 💕
When we arrived, we were escorted to the fitting area where Stacey asked about my wedding, the style I had in mind, and reviewed pictures of dresses I had previously tried. She carefully listened to my preferences and concerns for each dress before selecting some options for me.
Initially, my bridal party and I had hoped to browse through the dresses on offer, but I didn't feel like I missed out on any options. Stacey paid close attention to the details I liked in each dress and brought in alternatives that suited my taste. I appreciated her honesty in acknowledging my affinity towards a particular style.
I was a bit hesitant about the dress I ultimately chose as I wanted to make some customizations. Stacey was resourceful and showed me a similar dress to demonstrate how a seamstress could make the desired alterations. This reassured me that I was making the right choice!

I had an absolutely splendid experience at this bridal shop! It was my first time dress shopping, and Abby made it such a delightful experience. Despite the concept being to browse and select dresses on your own, Abby was there to offer assistance. Just by glancing at the few dresses I had chosen to try on, she recommended a few more options (one of which I ultimately chose!). She even helped with buttons, zippers, and corsets since my acrylic nails made it a bit tricky. Although we took a little longer than expected during our appointment, we never felt rushed. I managed to snag a great deal on my dress and even got a veil included! My entire wedding ensemble cost me under £1000, perfectly aligning with our budget. I was a bit apprehensive about the OoaK £500 sale, worried that the selection might be limited or the store overcrowded. However, as soon as we walked in and were greeted by the friendly staff at the front desk, my worries vanished. The store was bright, spacious, and beautifully organized. The appointment system ensured that the store wasn't crowded, and I felt like a top priority, which was fantastic.
Despite many brides already finding their dream dresses during the sale, there was still a fantastic range of dresses available. I was able to try on various styles and shapes until I found the perfect dress for me, and I did! I had the most fabulous experience at One of a Kind Bridal! Being a plus-size individual, I was a bit apprehensive about visiting bridal boutiques and was directed here. Abby was an exceptional consultant; she was informative without making me feel silly! I hadn't planned on purchasing a dress during this appointment since my wedding date isn't even set yet! 😂 After trying on dresses in the style I thought I wanted, I felt a bit disheartened as I just didn't feel at ease. However, Abby listened to my vision for my wedding and found a dress that wasn't my initial choice but made me feel absolutely stunning! I had mentioned that size wasn't a big concern for me, but Abby wisely stated, "the dress is meant to fit you, not you fitting the dress," and that really resonated with me!
