I was expecting the bridal shop to have more of a bustling atmosphere, with racks of dresses for browsing. I was concerned it would be crowded and I wouldn't have a good time, but that was not the case at all. The shop was pleasantly quiet, with just a few other brides having their appointments at the same time as me. It created a relaxed ambiance, and the staff were delightful and extremely helpful when needed. I would highly recommend this shop, as the dresses are all of excellent quality for their price. I actually found my dress during my first shopping experience, and I enjoyed it so much that I am a bit sad I won't get to repeat the process again.

Abby, the staff member who assisted me, was absolutely incredible. She could sense my love for the dress even when I had a moment of doubt due to some minor imperfections. Abby went above and beyond by suggesting that the dress could be ordered new since it had only recently arrived from Bijoux. I popped into One of a kind on Tuesday evening after a couple of unfortunate visits to other bridal shops, feeling quite anxious and apprehensive. However, my worries quickly dissipated as soon as I stepped through the door. The young lady (whose name escapes me, but I believe she usually works at Bijoux) was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and cheerful. She walked me through the entire process, explaining what to expect, and completely calmed my nerves. I actually had a delightful and enjoyable time shopping for a dress for the first time. So much so, that I found "the one" and said yes to the dress. I am so grateful to Mia for her assistance in helping me choose the perfect dress. Wedding dress shopping can be quite overwhelming, but Mia provided a relaxed experience like no other. I must say, my experience at One of a Kind was absolutely wonderful. I honestly didn't think I'd find my dream dress after a whole weekend of searching, but lo and behold, there it was! Mia was fantastic and really made the whole experience special. The range of dresses and veils in various sizes was impressive.
