I do pop into this clothing store frequently, mate. I must say, some of the staff are top-notch, very friendly and helpful, d'you know what I mean? But then there are a few who could do with a lesson or two in customer service, if you catch my drift. The queues can be a right laugh sometimes, mate. I've found meself standing there for a good half hour or more at times, I tell ya. On the bright side, they do have a lovely selection of clothes for the whole fam, which is spot on. However, the changing rooms leave a bit to be desired, mate. Quite dirty, floors covered in dust, and most of 'em are an absolute mess with clothes left behind by others.

I recently visited this store and found that while they have a good variety of fashion choices, the selection for younger women, like my 20-year-old daughter, was quite limited. Additionally, I didn't feel very welcomed during my visit.

The staff were incredibly helpful, the store was neat and organized. I found a ton of discounted items during my visit. They had fitting rooms available, and a wide variety of clothing, shoes, accessories, and home goods to browse through. There was ample parking as well. A great store to check out!

Great parking facilities and a spacious clothing store with a wide range of affordable clothes for men, women, and children. The quality may not be the best, as the clothes tend to fade after washing. However, you get what you pay for. The store has a limited selection of home furnishings and suitcases. There is usually a line at the checkout, especially on busy days like Saturdays, but the service has improved and they are quicker at serving customers now. Be prepared to wait in line during peak times.

My missus and I popped into this establishment a good few years back and, to be honest, we weren't too impressed with the quality of their clothing. It all seemed a bit on the cheap side and didn't hold up over time. Perhaps things have changed since then, though.

I popped into Matalan in Bilston today and was quite taken aback by the number of deceased flies on display in the window. It was rather off-putting, I must say. It seems someone ought to give them a good going over with the vacuum cleaner. Back when I used to work in retail years ago, leaving dead flies in the window would never have flown – no pun intended. We're not talking just a couple here, there was quite the swarm!

I recently bought two t-shirts from this shop. I went to the self-checkout, scanned my items, and paid. I didn't need a bag, so I carried them out on the hangers with my receipt in hand. As I was leaving, a lady approached me and asked to see my receipt. She looked at it and mentioned that there was a 10p charge for the hangers. I handed them over as I didn't mind, although in most stores I've been to the hangers are usually free. This situation made me feel like I had done something wrong and I felt a bit intimidated, as I have never experienced this in any other store before. If I hadn't had my receipt visible, I could understand the check. I am now a little hesitant about shopping at this store in the future.
