So there I was, at the clothing store on the busiest day of the year, and let me tell you, it was chaos! There were four staff members behind the till, but it seemed like they were just avoiding customers. I stood in line for a whopping 55 minutes, and to top it all off, the shop was a complete mess. I understand that the holidays can be a stressful time for retail workers, but come on, it's part of the job to provide good customer service.
Margaret Ford (07/07/2025, 17:04):
Oh, brilliant! The collection at Braehead is top-notch compared to Clydebank. However, during the summer days, they really need to keep an eye on the cooling system as I was practically suffocating in the shop.
Anthony Torres (07/07/2025, 07:47):
I popped into the store on a scorching hot day and boy, was it sweltering inside! They had these little portable fans scattered around, but they were about as useful as a chocolate teapot unless you were right in front of them. 😅
And don't even get me started on the organization - or lack thereof. There was a distinct lack of signage to indicate where the men's, women's, and kids' sections were. It felt like everything was just jumbled together in a big ol' mix. 🙈
Zoey Lopez (06/07/2025, 02:42):
Brought the grandkids along and picked up a few little bits for their holidays, perfect spot to score some affordable, trendy clothes that are bang for buck for a season.
Ronald Jordan (05/07/2025, 07:14):
Although not the biggest store, this branch has a wide selection of products, including homeware and makeup. There are typically enough employees on hand, so even though there are often long lines, the wait time for assistance is brief.
Sean Turner (04/07/2025, 20:34):
The new store layout is absolutely dreadful, with only one cashier available for cash payments. The store's current condition is simply disgraceful. I have been hearing many people voicing similar complaints, and as a result, I will not be returning. The Glasgow town store is far superior to the one in Clydebank.
Timothy Adams (03/07/2025, 07:04):
Not as affordable as before, but still more budget-friendly compared to many others. Managed to snag a few great deals though. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.
Janet Young (01/07/2025, 08:15):
Just had a quick browse during this visit, but the shop always has such a great selection of clothing and home goods.
Matthew Lee (29/06/2025, 02:30):
I absolutely adore this store, I always find so many amazing deals! xxx
Beverly Barnes (28/06/2025, 20:05):
There was a bit of a bother with the lack of staff at the tills... It would be smashing if all your staff were trained on how to use the tills so they could lend a hand when required, or perhaps hire more staff specifically for the tills! Cheers.
Kenneth Anderson (27/06/2025, 19:55):
I was quite surprised to discover that the fitting rooms are now unisex. If this is the new policy, there should be individual cubicles with locks for privacy.
Frank Kelly (27/06/2025, 16:47):
Could use some extra hands at the checkout, but they've got all the essentials covered.
Justin Kelly (27/06/2025, 08:02):
A cozy little Primark store, not the massive one with tons of floors, but has everything you need in one convenient spot.
Amelia Gonzales (27/06/2025, 03:18):
This shop is absolutely brilliant, mate! They have fantastic deals on clothing and accessories, with a wide variety to choose from. The latest fashion trends at very affordable prices - what else could you ask for?
Tyler Torres (24/06/2025, 18:33):
As always, quite busy in the shop today,
Three folks manning the cash registers.
Managed to snag 4 items at £1 each, can't complain.
And would you believe it, everything I got was on sale! Happy days indeed.
Christine Taylor (23/06/2025, 12:22):
The lady at the front giving us directions was very clear. She must have repeated it a hundred times today, yet she remained polite, calm, and had a smile on her face from what we could see. The floor had clear markings and the staff were easy to approach. Normally it's difficult to find a staff member, but not today. Everyone was acting responsibly, wearing masks, and following the one-way systems to navigate through the store. There was no rushing to let the next group of people in. Overall, it was a positive shopping experience.
Katherine Brooks (14/06/2025, 22:23):
A splendid array of attire options. The checkout section was bustling, yet efficiently managed.
Amelia Graham (14/06/2025, 16:39):
The makeup and skincare section at this Clothing store is top-notch, but apart from that, I'm not a big fan of it. It always seems to be bustling with people, and there's a shortage of staff at the registers! I visited with my grandma last week, and there were only three employees manning the tills while the line stretched out the door. The pajamas are way too expensive, and every time I leave this store, I only end up buying 2 or 3 items. There's just not a lot here that catches my eye.
Janet Rodriguez (11/06/2025, 16:34):
There are always plenty of checkout colleagues available during peak times at the clothing store.
Dorothy Jordan (11/06/2025, 13:18):
Decent prices, but the quality of the items isn't top-notch. The setup feels a bit disorganized, and with the store being so big, it can be tricky to locate specific pieces. Nonetheless, there's always a bustling atmosphere in there!
