I popped into the clothing store to pick up a few odds and ends for stocking stuffers. It was quite bustling as per usual, with some excellent deals to be found. I particularly liked the selection of nightwear available. The lines at the checkout were long, but they moved quite swiftly as all registers were manned.

Arrived at the Clothing store on a Sunday around 11am and although it wasn't too crowded, the lines at the checkout were quite long with only half of the registers open, leading to a longer wait to pay.

On the bright side, this is the largest Clothing store I've been to and they offer a wide selection of items. My experience is mainly in the men's section. The prices were reasonable, and I managed to snag two high-quality hoodies and skinny joggers for £34.

Oh, I must say, this clothing store is normally one of my top picks! However, I experienced a quite unexpected situation during my recent visit. After paying for my items, I noticed that the prices scanned for two of them were incorrect. In fact, they showed up as double the actual cost, which would have resulted in me being overcharged if I hadn't caught it and brought it to their attention. This led to a delay of around 5 minutes as the staff member had to seek assistance to rectify the issue.

To add to the inconvenience, upon arriving home, I discovered that one of the items I had paid for was missing from my bag. How could something like this occur? Now, I'm left wondering how to address this issue - should I return to the store with my receipt and explain that an item is missing? It's frustrating not knowing how to prove it. Quite perplexing, isn't it?

The prices 'ave gone up recently (like most places), innit? But I reckon they could do with more staff at the tills, if they can manage it. Sometimes it's a bit tricky to find the sizes ya need, you know what I mean?

Alright, when it comes to essentials like underwear, I'd recommend checking out a clothing store. However, if you're looking for trendy pieces at a great value, Shein is the way to go. Their clothing and footwear are not only more affordable but also of better quality, lasting longer than some other options out there. Primark, on the other hand, hasn't been holding up as well in terms of durability in recent years.

Decent Primark, the security staff they have there are a bit too eager to let people in and out. The store is pretty spacious, but the men's department is ridiculously tiny. Luckily, the lines move fast thanks to the many cashiers they have ready at the tills.

Gotta give props to the staff at this place, they were super helpful and friendly, especially given how packed it was. The store was so busy that the queues were crazy long, but they had a solid system in place that made the wait much more bearable. Kudos to them! 😃

I recently visited the Braehead store in Glasgow and had the pleasure of being assisted by Olivia, who was working at the end tills near the coffee shop side around 8:30pm. As a retail manager myself, I can appreciate exceptional customer service, and Olivia truly went above and beyond. Despite a large queue, she remained friendly, engaged in conversation, and made the 30-minute wait enjoyable. In my experience, Olivia is the best cashier I have ever encountered in any retail store. I was on the lookout for some fantastic additions to fill up my 3 shoe boxes for charity, and I must say, I am thrilled with the lovely selection of clothing I found for a young girl. Along with a coloring book, pencils, hat, gloves, makeup, and toiletries for an adult woman, all for just £49 - what a bargain! I can't help but imagine the joy on the little girl's face when she opens her box! xx

I popped into the clothing store bright and early on a Tuesday, only to find it bustling with activity just like on the weekends. The queues were massive, with only 2 tills open on each lane. It took a good 25 minutes to finally get served. I must say, the staff were absolutely fantastic, but there simply weren't enough of them to handle the crowd. Poor things!

Update from my last visit: The staff could use some retraining in customer service, and they should focus on engaging with customers instead of chatting amongst themselves during transactions. This was my second visit this week, and the experience was quite disappointing. It is important to train your staff on proper customer service etiquette. Overall, I found their behavior to be rather rude.

Great to see Primark with a fantastic selection of summer clothing. The cotton floral prints, long skirts, t-shirts, and capris are all lovely options. The variety and choices are impressive! The product sourcing team at Primark has really outdone themselves. And the best part is that the prices remain budget-friendly. The checkout process was smooth, and the staff was very helpful. The store's interior temperature was kept pleasant, so even after spending a lot of time shopping, we didn't feel tired or sweaty. Well done, Team Primark!
