This store is absolutely massive, tidy, and fully stocked with all the latest styles at affordable Primark prices. Not only do they have a wide selection of clothing, but they also offer home goods, jewelry, and a dedicated section for kids. The staff is incredibly friendly, and they have strict COVID-19 measures in place including hand sanitizer stations and limits on the number of customers inside to ensure safety. It's reassuring to see them taking these precautions. I would rate them 5 stars without a doubt.

This is my favorite spot for shopping for clothes. The store layout is fantastic with two levels, disabled access, and lifts. The staff are extremely helpful and the place is kept very clean. And let's not forget about the prices - you won't find them any cheaper elsewhere!

Quite a hustle and bustle, understaffed for inquiries, some customers seem indifferent post-browsing, leaving clothes deserted on the floor. People traipsing over them and certain areas inaccessible for wheelchairs to peruse items. Possible violation of the Disability Access to Goods and Services Act. Nonetheless, affordable clothing galore!

I had the pleasure of shopping for some little ones today and found some fantastic deals as well. I thoroughly enjoyed browsing through the selection for young lads and then for little ladies.
The gentleman who assisted me at the cash register truly embodied the store's values - he was incredibly polite and helpful.

Today, I was assisted by a young lad named Ryan at the Dundee branch. I was in search of a slim-fit t-shirt but couldn't find any on display. To my delight, this lad kindly offered to check the stockroom for me. He returned with exactly what I was after. His service was top-notch. The £2 t-shirt was intended for my boss, and despite its low price, the service provided by Ryan was exceptional. I believe Ryan should consider joining our team at Slaters. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service. Well done, Ryan! 😁

The store was impeccably clean and organized, but it was quite warm inside. There wasn't a wide selection available in larger sizes. It's important to cater to all body types, not just those who fit into a size 18/20.

I went and spent 12 quid on some shorts that were too small. I just wanted to exchange them, but the customer service wouldn't allow me because of store policy. They said I needed the receipt. I only work part-time and money is tight for me. I feel like I've been ripped off, to be honest.

The staff were super helpful and the wheelchair accessibility in the main aisles and lift to the upper floor were a huge plus. Convenient disabled parking at the Overgate car park and accessible toilets were also available.
