I recently had an unfortunate experience at this home goods store. Despite the doors being open and us entering the store before closing time at 6:55 pm, we were abruptly asked to leave as the tills had already been closed. The staff's attitude was unkind and rude, leaving a negative impression on us. I would advise checking the store's opening times before making any last-minute purchases to avoid similar incidents. Beware of the unfriendly and inhospitable treatment from the staff members.

Still here, waiting ages for this bed we bought and paid for. Supposed to arrive in 1-2 working days, then they changed it to 3-5 days after we paid up. Now it's over 8 days and finally someone picked up the phone only to tell me they've no clue where the bed is. And can you believe it? They tried to make it sound like it's my fault. A lass named Gemma was on the line. Said she'd call back...

Even after last year's fiasco, I somehow ended up ordering blinds from them this summer. Turned into a right comedy. Six weeks of back and forth, and they still managed to mess up not one, but two blinds – wrong size, wrong type. Asked for a refund, got turned down, so they tried a third blind. Result? Still not what I wanted. Too tired to kick up a fuss, I just went ahead and put them up. Missing bits in the new blind, had to scavenge from the old ones to make do. Absolute farce. They've lost my custom for good, that's for sure.

I popped into the store to collect a vase I had ordered, but ended up leaving with a memory foam pillow and a stand for my Kindle. I was pleasantly surprised by the great finds! I'll definitely be returning when I need to update the decor in my living room.

I absolutely adore popping into Dunelm, so we decided to take a leisurely stroll around the store before heading to the cafe for a bite to eat. When our order arrived at the table, I noticed that the cakes we had requested were missing. It was only upon leaving that I realized the oversight. Perhaps it was my own fault for not noticing, but I must say, the service left something to be desired.

There was no line, but we did have to wait while the lovely lass retrieved a cart with a kiddie seat and gave it a good scrub with disinfectant. A perfect 10 for her, she truly was splendid. Popped in for some bedding and the main challenge was deciding – so many lovely items and a fantastic variety. Absolutely adore this establishment.

What a lovely shop with such accommodating staff who assisted us in our selection. Even though we were on a tight budget, we managed to find everything we needed in the perfect size and color. Their own brand is durable and comfortable, with delightful matching sets available.

Oh dear, what a disappointing experience at this home goods store. It's certainly not like the usual Dunelm we're accustomed to in Southport. We popped in looking for two sets of curtains and four curtain tracks, but they only had two of the tracks we required. This resulted in us leaving with two correct tracks and two that were excessively long. The state of the curtains themselves was chaotic, with us splitting up in an attempt to locate two sets of taped curtains, but to no avail. They were all jumbled up and messy. After around thirty minutes of searching, we regrouped and decided to call it quits. As we made our way to the checkout, we stumbled upon two staff members engaged in conversation. We asked for their assistance with the tracks, and one of them went to check. However, after about ten minutes, they returned to inform us that they didn't have what we were looking for. It's unlikely that we'll be revisiting this store, which is regrettable given our years of loyalty to Dunelm in Preston and Southport. The following weekend, we tried The Range across the road and found exactly what we needed in just five minutes flat.

I visited this shop previously, and I must say there has been a transformation in the store. The ambiance is much cozier now, with inviting displays that you can leisurely browse through. We initially came in just to have a look around, but ended up purchasing a few items.

I 'ave recently purchased a few bits online and in store. I've been well impressed by the friendly and extremely 'elpful staff, both over the blower and face-to-face in the store. Top-notch customer service, innit? Would definitely recommend 'avin' a gander at Dunelm for a right ol' enjoyable shopping experience, mate! 👌

I popped into the eatery earlier for a delightful sandwich and some tea. The food was scrumptious, no doubt about that. However, I couldn't help but notice the poor chap on duty. Not only was he serving customers, but he was also busily clearing tables and washing dishes, all by himself! It seemed like he was doing the work of three people. I must say, I wasn't too impressed with how your staff are being treated. Perhaps he's receiving the wages of three employees?

If all the tables had been occupied, I doubt he would have managed on his own. It's not exactly a great advertisement for your company's working conditions, is it?

This store is quite alright, I must say. The layout can be a bit tight to navigate around the aisles. There seemed to be some renovations happening, which might have contributed to the congestion. The café was rather disappointing, I'm afraid. The coffee grinder was out of order, they only had semi-skimmed milk available, and there was no clotted cream for the cream tea. Despite having a team of three working there, finding a clean table proved to be quite a challenge. I don't reckon I'll be stopping in for my cuppa there again.

I must say, I had quite the disappointing experience with this home goods store. I had ordered a lovely garden table and was eagerly awaiting its arrival by a specific date. I even received several emails confirming the delivery date. However, when the day finally came, the table was nowhere to be seen. I reached out to Dunelm for assistance and was told they would get back to me within 72 hours. Alas, I never received a response.

Furthermore, some of the items I had previously ordered online turned out to be of subpar quality and quite different from what was shown in the pictures. My advice? Steer clear of this place.

We were orderin' blinds and curtains for the whole bloomin' house! Amanda did a top job explainin' everythin', her supervisor was also very helpful and professional. Can't wait to 'ave everythin' fitted, reckon it'll be about a 4 to 5 week wait. Cheers!
