I must say, I had quite the disappointing experience with this home goods store. I had ordered a lovely garden table and was eagerly awaiting its arrival by a specific date. I even received several emails confirming the delivery date. However, when the day finally came, the table was nowhere to be seen. I reached out to Dunelm for assistance and was told they would get back to me within 72 hours. Alas, I never received a response.

Furthermore, some of the items I had previously ordered online turned out to be of subpar quality and quite different from what was shown in the pictures. My advice? Steer clear of this place.

My favorite store, absolutely love it. The staff there are just brilliant!

We were orderin' blinds and curtains for the whole bloomin' house! Amanda did a top job explainin' everythin', her supervisor was also very helpful and professional. Can't wait to 'ave everythin' fitted, reckon it'll be about a 4 to 5 week wait. Cheers!

Absolutely marvelous cream tea at the cafe, and the cakes were simply divine. Delighted to find gluten-free choices as well. I must say, I have a soft spot for Dunelm.

I popped into the shop to grab some face cloths because my grandkids always seem to make them vanish. They had an impressive range of colors for just £1.25 each, but I ended up snagging four champagne colored ones for fifty pence each. Can't beat that deal!
Ralph Ward (30/07/2025, 03:57):
Superb parking facilities and an excellent selection of goods, although on this occasion we didn't make a purchase. We look forward to returning for another browse soon!
Lawrence Jordan (28/07/2025, 01:57):
The store itself is alright, but I highly recommend steering clear of the coffee shop! I popped in today and was extremely disappointed with the service. The lady working there insisted they didn't have any iced tea, despite it being clearly advertised on both the summer specials board and the main menu on the wall. After a bit of back and forth, she finally told me they were out of peach tea, so I settled for a regular one.

She prepared my drink with syrup, ice, and then topped it off with tap water... When she couldn't find a lid for the plastic cup, I told her not to worry as we were planning to sit in anyway. Instead, she grabbed a small takeaway cup, transferred the drink (spilling half of it in the process), slapped a lid on, and handed it over saying, "that'll do you."

We ordered 5 drinks and 5 tray bakes, and despite there only being 3 people ahead of us in the queue and 3 staff members working, it took a whopping 20 minutes. We even saw 6 people give up and leave due to the long wait!

I spoke to a manager in the store about the experience, and she was very understanding, apologized, and offered a refund for the drinks.

Spacious and well-lit store. Offers a wide variety of home goods at incredibly competitive prices. Lovely café with welcoming staff serving quick meals, teas, coffees, and more.
Ethan Nelson (26/07/2025, 14:22):
Charming little café, the lady working there was ever so pleasant and friendly when I popped in around half past ten. Definitely planning on returning!
Aaron Flores (26/07/2025, 13:20):
What a lovely store they have here, with a fantastic range of bedding and homewares. The easy parking by the beach is a great plus too. The staff are all so friendly and helpful, we were able to find everything we were looking for.
Jack Cook (24/07/2025, 16:07):
The store and its merchandise are quite satisfactory. However, the café leaves much to be desired. It seems to attract a crowd of elderly ladies who linger around. There's only one person managing all the tasks behind the counter, resulting in perpetual long queues that move at a snail's pace. One wonders why they haven't hired more staff - one staff member on the cash register, another taking orders, and yet another handling the intricate process of preparing coffees and constantly attending to the coffee machine. I eventually decided to abandon this establishment.
Jerry Simmons (21/07/2025, 17:23):
Once more, a lovely spot with ample parking available all day long. If you're in search of exquisite and high-quality bed linens, then this establishment is the ideal destination for you. I must admit, their kitchenware selection is rather splendid, and I've on numerous occasions found myself purchasing items that weren't exactly on my list. Furthermore, I am quite fond of their charming Pausa café, which is truly a hidden gem. I wholeheartedly endorse trying their delicious soup of the day.
David Morgan (19/07/2025, 00:50):
Wonderful place to explore, with a charming coffee shop.
All your home goods needs in one spot.
We discovered some delightful deals, can't wait for our next visit.
Heather Ramos (17/07/2025, 06:07):
We had no trouble finding what we were looking for, and the staff was able to help us order items that weren't available in the store. They were friendly and offered high-quality products.
Daniel Jackson (16/07/2025, 20:52):
Top-notch service, with a lovely staff member who took the time to kindly explain the nuances of various furnishings.
Lawrence Murphy (16/07/2025, 05:16):
I 'ad a bit of trouble at this shop recently, I did. The first time, I was lookin' to buy a lamp shade, and they tried to charge me £54 just for the shade! Turns out it had been pinched off a lamp in the store. After a cheeky Google search and a right ol' refund, I found a better shade at another shop. Then, today, I popped back in and wouldn't ya know it, there was poo on the lighting aisle upstairs! Absolutely revolting, it was.
Kenneth Jenkins (14/07/2025, 16:16):
The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, offering a wide range of items for every room in the house, from the living room to the bathroom. The selection of products was very diverse and I was impressed by the variety available. They even have a charming little cafe on site with delicious food options.
Joan Gonzales (10/07/2025, 15:10):
Oh blimey, this store is absolutely massive and stocks a splendid variety of goods, always with just what I'm after. It's a bit of a trek to get there though, quite the bother. I do wish there was a spot nearer to my abode, but if that's what it takes to guarantee top-notch quality, then I suppose it's worth the journey.
Gerald Cruz (10/07/2025, 14:39):
So, I popped down to the home goods store with me mum because she fancied some new pillows. I had actually visited last Sunday to pick up a whole new bedding set, and it was quite handy that they had samples of each pillow and duvet out for customers to touch before making a purchase. I had also been in the week prior to grab the same stuff for my son. I reckon I've probably bought every item in that shop with the number of times I've been in! The checkout staff were really lovely and informed us about their return policy, which seemed fair enough. All in all, it was a jolly good visit.
Stephanie Diaz (10/07/2025, 09:30):
I 'aven't been in the store since Covid, so I was quite pleased by the helpful staff and the new set-up of the store. When buyin' our items, we were helped by a lovely lady at the check out. She provided top-notch customer service. 'opefully all the staff are as dedicated as she was. Cheers!
