Plenty of options and friendly staff indeed. The upstairs section offers a variety of cushions, rugs, and more, with the added convenience of a handy lift. The selection is rather impressive as it includes both modern designs and some more traditional pieces. Patience pays off with their worthwhile sales.
Denise Barnes (06/05/2025, 06:03):
I paid a bit extra for these bed sheets and duvet covers in the hopes of better quality, but I'm afraid they have a dreadful feel. I can't recommend them at all, as they feel more like polyester despite being labeled as 100% cotton.
Arthur Murphy (06/05/2025, 05:45):
Had a smashing time at the Aberdeen store today. The selection of products was top-notch and the lunch spot was fabulous. I was chuffed to find a vegan sandwich for myself and a gluten-free option for me mate, plus they even had non-dairy milk for a scrummy hot chocolate. What a result!
Andrew Reed (05/05/2025, 06:27):
What a lovely café this is! I thoroughly enjoyed the Tomato and basil soup, it was delightful. The staff were wonderful as well.
David Kelly (04/05/2025, 05:20):
I was queuing in the café for what seemed like an eternity, waiting for my turn to order. To my disappointment, many items on the menu were unavailable, much to the annoyance of myself and other customers. Slow service is a common occurrence here, but this experience was particularly frustrating. I decided to leave without making a purchase and headed over to a nearby competitor instead.
Arthur Ward (03/05/2025, 19:21):
It was proper busy when I popped into the shop, and they had a right load of their Christmas bits on display for folks to snap up. I just quickly dashed in to grab what I needed and rushed back out again 'cause I was in a bit of a rush.
Grace Martinez (01/05/2025, 20:18):
I absolutely adore this spot! It’s a truly exquisite store where you can discover everything you require for your home. There are countless options to peruse and purchase. The staff is delightful and accommodating, always prepared to assist with any queries. And if you find yourself needing a break, you can pop into the café for a refreshing drink or a bite to eat.
Madison Taylor (01/05/2025, 14:14):
Been sleepin' on a mattress on the ground since August 22nd (it's now September 4th) 'cause Dunelm didn't deliver our new bed. Today, some parts of it showed up, but not all of 'em. We've got more important things to be doin' than chasin' after you to get an item we ordered ages ago. It's proper frustratin'. They oughta make up for this hassle.
Henry Mitchell (01/05/2025, 11:22):
I always keep forgetting how budget-friendly Dunelm is, a pleasant surprise for myself indeed 😅 The staff members are consistently friendly and helpful. They also seem well-informed unlike at the Range, where nobody seems to know where anything is or what's happening around them.
Harper Thompson (24/04/2025, 20:35):
I must say, I am not a fan of this establishment. The store is in a bit of a state, with items haphazardly stacked on every available space. It's quite chaotic and makes it quite a challenge to find what you're looking for.

The merchandise also leaves a lot to be desired. There are quite a few outdated designs and the overall quality seems to be lacking. I don't anticipate returning anytime soon.
Michael Jordan (23/04/2025, 13:00):
This store offers a wonderful selection of home goods. The bedding and curtains are top-notch quality. And don't forget to check out the cozy cafe upstairs for a refreshing beverage.
Alice Reyes (20/04/2025, 08:52):
Absolutely loved the store, fantastic range of products. Yet, was a tad disappointed by the café's queuing system. The line was short, but felt like I was waiting forever, nearly 30 minutes to be exact. Seemed like they were short-staffed and had an inefficient process in place. Everyone in the line was getting a bit antsy. The staff were trying their best, but one team member was moving at a snail's pace. The coffee and food were delicious once I finally got a table, but on the pricier side.
