Popped into the home goods store to pick up a lovely tablecloth and some placemats. They had a fantastic variety and prices were just right. Our kitchen looks so much more vibrant now!
Amber Jones (28/06/2025, 01:38):
I must say, my experience with this company hasn't been great at all. They seem to have a habit of canceling orders when they can't fulfill them. I now have some random curtains due to their cancellations. I think it's best to steer clear of this company in the future.
Christian Butler (27/06/2025, 05:25):
This establishment is brimming with items that are rather overpriced and of low quality. I could quite easily bestow upon it just one star; however, one must acknowledge that Dunelm is not professing to sell top-notch products, thus avoiding any accusations of deception. In essence, if you are in search of throwaway goods, then this is the perfect spot for you.
Joyce Sullivan (26/06/2025, 18:25):
I popped in to check out some home décor and was absolutely blown away by the wide selection of Christmas items they have in stock. It was like a paradise! I could have easily spent a small fortune in there (in the best way possible!) They even have duvet sets for as low as £7 on the clearance shelves at the end of the aisle, which is definitely worth a browse. The store offers items to cater to every budget, making it incredibly appealing!
Carl Hernandez (26/06/2025, 14:43):
Top-notch store with an extensive range of products, although the prices are on the steeper side.
Nathan Wright (25/06/2025, 14:31):
Just received me king size mattress that I ordered last week, and it arrived today. Top-notch service! The blokes who delivered the mattress were spot on. Cheers again!
Christopher Henderson (25/06/2025, 07:37):
I popped into a cafe and tried to order a kiddies' meal for my little one's lunch, only to be informed that they don't offer children's packs on weekends. It strikes me as rather odd, considering most folks tend to bring their kiddos along on Saturdays and Sundays more than weekdays. Oh well, guess we'll have to find another spot for our weekend munchies!
Gabriel Smith (24/06/2025, 18:45):
"It's a cheeky little Dunelm where you can find all your bits and bobs for the home. Gets the job done, doesn't it?"
Virginia Hamilton (23/06/2025, 15:24):
Not the best experience, mate. No AC in the shopping area, staff were like zombies, and one of 'em put a broken fan back on display to sell even though it was knackered. I reckon I'll just stick to online shopping when it comes to Dunelm. Cheers!
Allison Simmons (22/06/2025, 18:42):
I wouldn't recommend visiting the café. We requested some baked potatoes since we saw that there were about 6 left, but we were told that none were available because the lady at the checkout counter couldn't be bothered to check properly. It was quite frustrating 😠.
Albert Sanders (18/06/2025, 10:18):
I only used the café. It was a top-notch experience, truly delightful.
Julie Hayes (17/06/2025, 22:50):
Absolutely adore this store, the variety of items is just brilliant and they always have some fabulous sale goodies as well.
Daniel Sullivan (12/06/2025, 14:25):
The checkout team was top-notch, so warm and friendly. The only downside was the manager loitering around, who interrupted our chat at the till, a bit off-putting if you ask me.
Angela Sullivan (12/06/2025, 04:00):
It was absolutely freezing in there, not cozy at all. But I must say, the coffee and apple pie were top-notch. Such a shame about the chilly atmosphere in the store.
Raymond Foster (11/06/2025, 22:12):
Ah, the other day I popped into this home goods store in the middle of the afternoon. They had quite the range of household products. We picked up a few kitchen utensils, a couple of storage boxes, and a toaster. And would you believe it, we even had change left from £19! Absolutely brilliant.

However, we had to cut our visit short because of the overwhelmingly loud music playing through the speakers. It was quite a scene, especially upstairs. Most of the customers were older folks, and here we were getting blasted with Ibiza Club Hits from the 90s or something of the sort. Good grief!

I was informed at the checkout (where thankfully there was no music) that the head office is responsible for selecting the tunes and setting the volume. So, my advice to them: either change the DJ or you might lose some customers. Otherwise, Dunelm would have easily scored a solid 5 stars from us.
Barbara Evans (11/06/2025, 11:15):
Great selection of fabrics, but I was disappointed to find out that there wasn't a tape measure extension attached to the cutting table when I inquired. Having a portable one would have been handy for measuring items that were too large for the table.
Jordan Long (08/06/2025, 01:40):
I bought some curtains and brought them home to see how they looked with my new decor. When I tried to go back to the store to buy another set, I discovered that they had been discontinued after only 3 days. The customer service, both in-store and online, was absolutely terrible. They told me there was a set available in a store in Wales, but we would have to arrange to pick them up ourselves as they don't offer store-to-store delivery. Keep in mind that these curtains weren't marked as on sale or discontinued. Now we're stuck with just one pair of curtains that we can't use because we need two pairs. We can't return them since they've been opened, and the company doesn't seem to care at all.
Richard Cook (02/06/2025, 19:29):
I always seem to find what I'm looking for. I go in with a plan and end up getting almost everything on my list. The employees are so helpful and know their stuff. And can we talk about how spotless the restrooms are? Top-notch!
Grace Alexander (02/06/2025, 14:42):
Ah, mate, let me tell you about my experience at Dunelm. I've been a loyal customer for years and always enjoyed their top-notch customer service. However, things took a turn the other day when I went in to inquire about a warranty for a £70 bin I purchased two years back. I was pretty sure there was a warranty on it, so I politely asked the employee if they could check for me. This bloke goes and talks to the manager, and when he comes back, his whole attitude had shifted. He starts interrogating me, asking for proof of the warranty, like the box or instructions, which I obviously didn't keep for a bin of all things. Long story short, they refused to honor the warranty without the original packaging, even though the item had been discontinued. The way they treated me, mate, made me feel like I was trying to pull off a heist in the middle of the shop. The manager wouldn't even come out to speak with me. Just embarrassing, really. Keep this in mind if you're shopping at Dunelm – hold on to those boxes and plastic wraps if you ever need to claim a warranty, 'cause they won't budge otherwise. So disappointed in the whole ordeal...
Bradley Ross (01/06/2025, 23:53):
Dreadful, lifeless personnel at the checkout. Bought those bubble lamps for the kids and they really ought to be recalled, false advertising all the way.
