Appalling service! They've just lost a regular customer! I purchased a pair of trousers and they price-matched with the online rate! When I returned and requested the same, they declined! I informed the individual that they had done so the previous week and asked if he could verify with the manager, but he refused! Regardless of the policy, the service was abysmal! In the end, I bought the item as it was only 3 pounds more expensive than online and the individual stated that he wouldn't charge for the bag and chuckled! I found this incredibly impolite and sarcastic! Steer clear of them! They lack respect and mock their customers!!

I must say, the customer service has been on a downward spiral over the years. At first, it was top-notch. However, the quality of the brand itself leaves much to be desired. I've noticed that some of the materials tend to develop bubbles after just a few wears. I recently brought a faulty product back to the store, but the manager refused to provide a refund or even an exchange for another item. It's quite disappointing, to be honest.
