Why is it that when I ordered a bottle of perfume in the store, paid for it, and it arrived in the shop a few days later, everything was fine and I was happy with it. However, yesterday I went in to do the same thing, asked to order something that was not in the shop, but was told to order it online myself and have it delivered to my home address? I explained that I am never home during the day because I work! I wanted it ordered and sent to the shop like before. She seemed a bit scatterbrained if I'm honest!

I popped into the store in December to pick out a gift for my bloke and was absolutely chuffed with the experience. It's not a massive store, but they've got a massive selection. Penny helped me out, and I highly recommend asking for her when you visit – she was incredibly helpful. I described the colognes my old man normally goes for but wanted something new. She let me sniff about a dozen options to help me decide on the right one. (He's absolutely chuffed with it, by the way.) Penny even offered to wrap the pressie, which came in a cute wee bag with a personalized ribbon. It was an adorable touch that really made the gift special. I'll definitely be heading back here for all my aftershave and perfume needs.
