The staff at this Pet store are absolutely brilliant! They really know their stuff and go out of their way to help. What I love most is how they all genuinely enjoy spending time with your furry friend, even the excitable spaniels who may leave a little surprise on the floor. I popped into the groom room to get my dog a trim, and the two ladies did a fantastic job. I also grabbed some dog food and other supplies for my furry friend. This shop is top-notch, it's our favorite spot for all our pet needs, including vet visits.

I recently signed a contract for my bulldog's surgery, which was initially quoted at €325. However, halfway through the procedure, I received a phone call informing me that the cost had increased to £360 due to the need for additional medication. Despite this unexpected change, I agreed to the new price.
When I went to pick up my dog, I was shocked to learn that the final bill had escalated to £499 without any prior notification. I arrived with £370 in hand, only to be told that the amount was actually estimated to be between £325 and £478.
Sadly, I had to leave without obtaining the necessary medication for my dog as I was told that full payment was required before leaving the premises. It was a disappointing experience, as it seemed like the focus was more on the money than the well-being of my pet.

Well now, if you're looking for top-quality pet supplies and even furry companions, this establishment is just the ticket. They've got veterinarians on hand and even offer a doggie grooming service. The employees are a knowledgeable bunch, although, as one might expect from a top-notch outfit, the prices are a tad steep. Hence, the deduction of a star, I reckon.

I shall ne'er visit this store again. I ventured inside, selected a couple o' fish fer me wee ones' first tank, and grabbed some items fer the pooch. When I inquired 'bout the fish, the bloke asked if I had a filter, but instead o' kindly explainin', he up and walked off mutterin' that he couldn't sell me fish. Utterly disgraceful customer service. Needless to say, I left everything behind and stormed out o' the shop. I swear upon me anger that I shall never set foot in that place again. 'Tis a shame I didn't have the chance to catch his name.

I must say, the customer service experience at this pet store was absolutely dreadful. My brother was harshly scolded by an employee named Dave for petting one of the guinea pigs. Surprisingly, there were no clear signs prohibiting this interaction, and in fact, the signage seemed to suggest it was acceptable.

I found some fantastic items for the little ones to enjoy in the garden and even grabbed a pair of Gamer-style PJs for my grandson at a steal - only £4! The quality is top-notch. Poundstretcher always has so many great bargains to discover. Apologies for the mix-up in my previous review! 🤔

What a fantastic place! My partner and I bought two male gerbils from here and the staff were incredibly helpful. We've been coming back every week since getting our two boys, Daenerys and Tyrion, and the staff always remember us and ask about our little guys. Today we wanted to get some sunflower seeds for them, even though they usually eat striped seeds and all they had were black ones. The staff member gave us a huge bag of mixed seeds for free to try at home with our boys. Such an amazing store, highly recommended!

What a lovely spot! I don't understand why folks are giving it a hard time. I find the team to be quite helpful, the vets very knowledgeable and attentive. I also believe the prices are quite fair, especially since I always manage to snag a same-day appointment. Plus, on my last visit, they even removed a tick for me at no charge. Can't grumble at all, really.

The team at this pet shop is always so friendly and willing to assist, offering fantastic advice on preventative treatments for ticks, fleas, and more. However, they sometimes run low on availability and variety of collars and leads, as it seems like everyone is purchasing the same sizes and types. Also, keep in mind that this store may not have the most competitive prices.

Just a heads up - they do sell rawhide products, so make sure to exercise caution if that's a concern for your furry friends.
