Customer Feedback

While many customers appreciate the variety of products, some have voiced concerns about the sales tactics used in-store. One customer reported feeling pressured to buy CREP items that turned out to be non-returnable. It is crucial for shoppers to be aware of return policies to avoid any dissatisfaction. Another customer shared their experience with returning shoes, noting the requirement of keeping the original box for refunds. Such details should be communicated clearly at the time of purchase to foster a better shopping experience. On a positive note, many shoppers have praised staff members for their helpfulness and professionalism. For instance, Adien received accolades for his cheerful demeanor and assistance, while Gill was commended for her impeccable service in finding the right size for a customer.

With its focus on accessibility and a broad selection of footwear and clothing, it caters to a wide variety of shoppers. However, potential visitors should be mindful of the store's policies and customer experiences to make the most out of their visit. Joyce Allen (24/05/2025, 07:50):
I purchased two £100 gift vouchers for my granddaughter on the 6th of December 2025. However, when she tried to use them, she was informed that they were actually bought in June 2025 and used in July 2025. Thankfully, I had my bank statements from December 2025, clearly showing the transactions. It seems like there may be some foul play going on within this store that needs to be investigated thoroughly. The gift vouchers were eventually reinstated, but I will not be returning to shop at this store again.
