One of M&S's larger stores, boasting a wide array of products ranging from furniture to household items like crockery, pots, pans, linen, and decor pieces. Alongside the extensive selection of adult and children's clothing, there is also a dedicated food and grocery section. Adding to the shopping experience are two cozy cafes and a charming wine bar. With convenient access from the ground and first floor car parks as well as within the shopping center itself, this sizeable M&S outlet exudes a more expansive ambiance compared to its counterparts.
Rose Kim (12/06/2025, 18:37):
The product selection at this massive supermarket branch is typically top-notch. However, it's a bit of a shame that there are a handful of employees here who give off the impression that you've somehow ruined their day just by walking in to do your shopping.
Austin Myers (11/06/2025, 12:31):
I was absolutely swamped due to a 20% discount offer. The checkout team was really helpful in resolving my credit card issue, despite a hiccup with the M&S credit card machine. Managed to tick off a good chunk of my Christmas shopping list though!

One of the finest M and S establishments in the UK. It boasts a splendid array of food choices and apparel for all, as well as a well-stocked furniture and home goods section. With three diverse dining options to cater to every palate, it truly has something for everyone. Additionally, banking amenities can be found on the first floor, and patrons can seamlessly stroll through the rest of the Braehead Centre without being exposed to the elements. The personnel at this establishment consistently go above and beyond, embodying helpfulness, courtesy, and politeness towards customers—a true asset to M and S.

I've 'ad a go at ringin' up abaht takin' back an item that got put in me bag by mistake. The blimin' phone system kept cuttin' me off. It's the most rubbish customer service I've ever come across.
Catherine Kim (08/06/2025, 18:34):
Today I was assisted by Phoebe in the lingerie section. I was returning a pajama set and she was incredibly helpful and had a constant smile on her face. The store was quite chilly, though.
Big thanks to Phoebe for her great service.

There's loads of parking, but the price tags are a bit tricky, and most of the grub is on the verge of expiring. I can't fathom why folks flock to this place for food that's all packed with salt and fat. Even their so-called low-fat options are far from healthy.
Danielle Morgan (07/06/2025, 04:02):
The supermarket was absolutely smashing, I must say! The place was tidy as a whistle and the staff were ever so jolly and helpful. Top-notch experience all around, I'd say! Cheers!

Decent-sized store, but navigating without assistance from staff can be tricky. Popular sizes tend to sell out quickly, so unless you're very small or large, shopping online might be the way to go. The food court is also quite spacious and offers a variety of pricey options. While quality often comes with a price tag, purchasing here is not necessarily worth it. Personally, I prefer buying vegetables from local greengrocers, meat from butchers, as the ingredients are superior, and you'll end up saving money as well.
Linda Martinez (03/06/2025, 21:00):
I've been having a right mare trying to sort out this ongoing bother with a complaint. Absolute nightmare!! I've tried getting in touch with the branch manager with no joy, tried getting her email address, also with no joy. Just gave them a bell but the automated voice says they're closed even though the internet and their website say they shut at 7pm. I rang just after 6pm.
Michael Wright (31/05/2025, 18:41):
The supermarket is pure massive and the staff were dead chuffed to help, always serving with a smile.

Braehead has a belter selection of stores and a free car park, which is magic for a wee quick shopping trip.

The food court is a wee bit on the small side but there should be something for everyone.

It's worth taking a wee walk around as Soar is nearby with loads of other activities.

I must say, I was rather disappointed with Dorothy's lack of motivation in performing her duties this morning at the Supermarket. Not only was she not as welcoming as most of the staff usually are, but she seemed too preoccupied to assist me properly. I would have opted for the self-service checkout, but alas, with over £10 worth of groceries, my card only had a tenner on it, which the self-service wouldn't accept. Dorothy could have directed me to the manned checkout adjacent to the self-service area, but instead, she sent me all the way to the other end. She seemed more interested in chatting with her colleague than attending to customers.

As a loyal customer of this establishment for many years, I found the quality of the cherries I purchased today to be subpar. They were all disappointingly soft, lacking the firmness I have come to expect. This is the first time I have encountered such mushy cherries here.

On the 13th of November, I stumbled upon a box of blueberry muffins on manager's special and decided to indulge. I devoured two muffins, and they were absolutely delightful. I will certainly be purchasing another box of these delectable treats in the next couple of days.

Yesterday, the 23rd of December, my friend and I ventured to the Supermarket's Cafe. I ordered a chicken ciabatta and a hot chocolate, and while the ciabatta was delicious, it wasn't as piping hot as I would have liked. My friend opted for a bacon roll and a pot of tea, both of which she thoroughly enjoyed. I would rate the food and hot drinks four stars and will definitely be returning for another visit. Cheers!
