I popped into Silverburn today and a chap approached us asking if we needed any help. I mentioned that I had ordered an S10 and inquired if he knew when they would be dispatched. He explained that he had just returned from holiday and was catching up on the emails being sent out. Quite shocking how he's supposed to sell the new phone without any information, isn't it?

Received excellent service from Jabs at Silverburn EE, followed by outstanding assistance over the phone. It was a truly delightful experience upgrading my father's phone. The staff were both knowledgeable and friendly.
