I made a significant order a couple of weeks ago, but it never arrived even though Royal Mail claimed it was delivered. I contacted customer service, expecting a challenge due to the tracking information stating delivery. After some initial confusion, I spoke with a delightful customer support representative (named Shelly/Shelley, if I recall correctly) who was incredibly helpful.

She not only listened attentively to my explanation of the situation (which is quite complex and challenging to prove), but she also went the extra mile to ensure a replacement order was sent out to me, along with a generous gesture to make up for the initial delay.

I've been a loyal customer of VPZ for a long time (back when they were Vaporised and had just a few stores), but I hadn't placed an order in a while. This experience truly demonstrates how much they value their customers despite their expansion. A huge shoutout to Shelly/Shelley, a fantastic ambassador for the company!

The staff at this Vaporizer store are always so friendly and helpful with any questions or issues I've had. Although Newbridge isn't the closest branch to me, I always make the effort to come here because of the excellent customer service provided by the staff.

Today's experience at the store was absolutely dreadful. I popped in this morning, bearing in mind I've been a loyal customer since I turned 18, and now I'm 21. The staff there is usually the same, with hardly any new faces. There's a young lady and an older gentleman who are always friendly. However, the person in charge, who claims to be the manager, definitely doesn't deserve the title. She's incredibly rude to the point of being unbearable. My boyfriend has also had his fair share of unpleasant encounters with her.

So, this morning, guess who served me? Yes, it was the same manager. Not a single greeting, just a blunt "what can I get for you?" Then, after I placed my order, she asked for my ID right before I was about to pay, as if she didn't recognize me despite serving me countless times over the past three years. I understand the need for IDs and the 25 rule, but if that's the policy, then they should be asking for my ID every time if they have any doubts about my age. However, none of the other staff members have ever questioned my age, except for the first time, which is completely understandable.

When I politely asked if she remembered serving me before since she knows I'm of legal age, she flat out denied it while turning her back on me! Can you believe that? I couldn't help but laugh at the blatant lie. As I mentioned earlier, her lack of customer service skills and rudeness are just unacceptable. In my opinion, she should not be in a managerial position.

Needless to say, I won't be returning to that store, and I strongly advise others to be cautious of this issue. It's truly disappointing to be treated this way as a paying customer.

The manager is a bit of a dodgy bloke, been caught spinning yarns to the customers, and it looks like the complaints department is turning a blind eye to the whole shebang - even after being notified. Steer clear, mate.
