This establishment is a great spot to purchase authentic Scottish merchandise like tartan, tweed, shortbread, and quirky souvenirs. They also offer a selection of clothing for both men and women, although the fashion choices may not be to everyone's taste. Additionally, they have a range of footwear available for purchase. The cafe on-site provides a pleasant atmosphere with a variety of meals and snacks on offer. While the exterior may appear a bit lackluster with rundown buildings and safety barriers around the parking lot, don't let that deter you from exploring inside.
Charles Hill (10/08/2025, 21:11):
A noteworthy tourist trap indeed! If you're looking for a taste of Scotland, this place has it all! Plus, you can find some great bargains on clothing, and the tearoom serves up some pretty decent grub.
Willie Anderson (10/08/2025, 01:48):
Massive selection, what a pleasant surprise!
Teresa Reyes (08/08/2025, 18:20):
The garments in this establishment are quite affordable, but they tend to cater more towards an older demographic. The cafe is passable, although the fare is rather basic, and regrettably, the staff overlooked my mother's soup order which was supposed to arrive simultaneously with our sandwiches. Nonetheless, the overall demeanor of the staff is amiable and accommodating.
Amber Davis (07/08/2025, 13:03):
Upon entering, there was a noticeable musty odor in the air and it was evident that the roof had been leaking. There were numerous buckets strategically placed to catch drips, making it challenging to navigate through the darkened environment. It's safe to say, my return to this outlet mall won't be happening anytime soon!
Doris Taylor (06/08/2025, 08:39):
Great variety of stores and a delightful dining section, although slightly off the beaten path.
Dorothy Scott (05/08/2025, 00:35):
The outlet shopping village is top-notch, with welcoming staff and a fantastic cafe/restaurant. Don't miss the whisky shop or the Pavers shoe outlet - both are definitely worth a visit. Cheers!
Barbara Perry (02/08/2025, 12:29):
Fantastic range of products available
The staff were incredibly friendly and well-informed
Roger Sullivan (01/08/2025, 20:46):
I recently enjoyed a special deal at the outlet mall - a delicious sausage roll paired with a piping hot cup of tea. Both items were truly exceptional, with the tea perfectly brewed and the roll absolutely top notch. I will definitely be returning for more! Cheers!
Bobby Gutierrez (01/08/2025, 04:20):
The place looks a tad worn out and could definitely use some investment to freshen it up. However, there are some quality outlets worth visiting, and they always go the extra mile during the festive season!
Frank Morgan (31/07/2025, 08:49):
Whilst the visit to the outlet mall was quite pleasant and the shop floor staff were really helpful, the experience at the restaurant left a lot to be desired!
My mate and I decided to share a toasty and a scone, along with two bottles of lager. However, we were informed that we could only have one bottle of lager each, and if we wanted another one, we would need to order another main dish. I found this rule rather infuriating and on principle, I doubt I'll be returning to this establishment, especially not the restaurant! It might be worth the management's while to rethink how such a daft rule can negatively impact the customer experience!
Christine Sanders (28/07/2025, 05:19):
What a lovely lunch I had! The food was cooked to perfection and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Thank you very much!
Christine.
Riley Wright (27/07/2025, 10:21):
The staff and amenities were top-notch. The food was delightful, although the exterior left something to be desired. Definitely worth a visit for both tourists and locals, as there are plenty of shopping options. I particularly enjoyed the whisky shop.
Melissa Henderson (27/07/2025, 04:14):
A vast array of garments, footwear, and home goods at fantastic prices, including some items on sale. Situated just off the main road, tucked away behind a quaint distillery, though the signage could be more conspicuous. Additionally, there is a charming food hall on-site, perfect for a meal or indulging in afternoon tea. Typically bustling with shoppers, it appears slightly quieter at present due to the prevailing Covid restrictions.
Aaron Bennett (24/07/2025, 07:36):
A splendid shopping outlet with a plethora of fantastic bargains awaiting discovery. The location is a tad secluded and seems quite shabby from the outside. However, fear not, as there is a delightful cafe area, restroom facilities, and a plethora of renowned brand names offering their wares at discounted rates. This could potentially serve as a treasure trove of reasonably priced Scottish souvenirs for budget-conscious travelers from abroad.
Hannah Morgan (23/07/2025, 11:52):
Spent a good 20 minutes hunting down the Loch Lomond distillery shop within this maze-like place, quite the challenge. The interior could use a bit of updating, however, my better half did manage to snag some great deals. The whisky selection wasn't too shabby either, once you finally stumble upon the shop.
Janet Graham (22/07/2025, 11:53):
Limited selection of clothing, perfect for those with a more mature or rural style.
Joe Graham (19/07/2025, 10:44):
Well, I must say, our visit to the outlet mall was quite the peculiar adventure. Anticipating a bustling shopping center, we found ourselves in what felt like a cross between a horror movie set and a post-apocalyptic landscape. At one point, I half-expected to encounter a zombie horde! Fortunately, we emerged unscathed, but we'll think twice before venturing back.
Lawrence Reed (18/07/2025, 19:07):
It's a jolly good spot to pop by on a drizzly day. Not as vast as it once was, but still a few smashing deals to be found. Made use of me NHS discount card (blue light) when purchasing me winter boots and shoes... saved meself £10. Cheers!
Eugene Hall (16/07/2025, 21:01):
Oh, what a charming place The Cafe is! The staff is delightful and ever so friendly, just like all the other staff members. The food is always fresh and reasonably priced. And the shop itself is splendid, with plenty of treasures to be found. A truly wonderful experience!
