I would rate this store with 4 stars as I was disappointed to find that they did not have any brown men's socks in stock, which is what I was looking for. No browns in M&S... 😒

It was such a lovely spot, and I adored the view of the massive mall from the cafe! The only downside was the absence of cheese for the baked potato!😭 All in all, it was a jolly good experience!😁...

Foodhall is absolutely brilliant. The quality of the food is top-notch and the prices are really reasonable. The only downside is that they close at 6pm most days, except for Thursdays. It's a shame because I would love to shop there later in the day.

Big store, lots of floors, fresh groceries, and the staff (the hand sanitizer is top-notch, the best I've seen in any store, although I did ask and it's only for staff, not for sale).

Absolutely dreadful experience trying to return online purchases, always having to email. Other shops now simply scan the front of the package and all the details pop up. The staff member's attitude was absolutely dreadful. I dread going into this store to return anything now.

Going through surgery is tough enough without having to settle for uninspiring undergarments. I returned today in hopes of finding something more appealing, only to discover that all the good ones had been snatched up, leaving only dreary options behind. Come on, let's stock up on some more attractive choices!
