Great quality as always, but I noticed there were fewer staff members available on the shop floor to assist customers. I had to wait in line at the checkout just to ask for help, which was a bit inconvenient. I was looking to purchase a formal shirt, however, the only options available to me had crushed collars from being pressed down during transit. This certainly isn't the level of service I expect. Despite this, I decided to go ahead and buy the shirt, hoping to fix the collar issue at home.

On the whole, I consistently have a positive experience at this establishment. The employees are accommodating when you have inquiries, and it's quite a spacious market.

I primarily purchase groceries and occasionally clothing here because, in my opinion, the quality is by far superior in Aberdeen. The deals are frequently appealing as well.

While it may be slightly pricier than other options, the quality significantly surpasses the price differential.

Okay so, this shop ain't bad, but let me tell ya, they've got the fastest escalators you've ever seen. And let me tell ya, they're a bit of a hazard, especially for folks with disabilities or the elderly. It's a real challenge for 'em to get up and down those things, I tell ya.

I had a jolly good time at the Aberdeen store on Tuesday with my dear 87 year old mum, as we were on the hunt for some trousers. We had the pleasure of meeting Christine Brown, a personal shopper, and let me tell you, she was absolutely splendid! So friendly and helpful, she managed to find the perfect size for my mum, which is no small feat, I must say. Mum was over the moon with her purchase.

To top it off, turns out Christine had crossed paths with my brother-in-law many moons ago, so there were plenty of nostalgic conversations to be had. I am already looking forward to our return visit in the autumn, this time in search of a charming top. Thank you ever so much for your assistance, Christine. Rest assured, we shall be seeking you out again! Cheers!

I often pop in here for a quick bite to eat or a morning cuppa. The store is decent enough, but I do wish there was a more convenient way to navigate the escalators instead of having to walk round and round and round them.

My mum and I popped into the M & S café for a spot of breakfast this morning, and I must say, the service left much to be desired! We found ourselves waiting a good 20 minutes for our cooked breakfasts, only to discover that both orders were missing the beloved poached eggs. As if that weren't enough, our gingerbread frappe took a whole 30 minutes to make an appearance, and by then, we were already heading out the door! Suffice it to say, the service was a tad disappointing, and I can't quite bring myself to recommend it.

I'd rate this experience a measly 1 star.

I must say, M&S, it wasn't wise to refuse customers asking for bra measurements and instead advise them to schedule an appointment for another day. You had a tape measure hanging around your neck, but instead of welcoming a customer, you chose to adhere strictly to the rules, and as a result, you lost the business of this visiting customer. I give you two stars for at least taking the time to clarify the appointment process.

The array of clothing available at this establishment is truly marvelous. The bra fitting service remains unparalleled in the high street. Despite being incredibly busy, the coffee staff were unfailingly friendly. And let's not forget the absolute triumph that were the hot sausage rolls.
