A rather splendid variety of clothing and provisions available. The vegetables and meats in particular are top-notch. Plenty of parking available right outside the establishment. Overall, a truly exceptional shopping experience.

Lately, it's been the same old story - too many items missing from the fridges and shelves, which makes going to the supermarket almost pointless.

Absolute disaster of a visit to what is usually a lovely café. I asked for tomato and basil soup, only to be told it was unavailable, but ten minutes later they came back with vegetable and mushroom soup instead. I requested a baked potato with tuna, sweetcorn, and cheese, but ended up with the wrong order. The wait for the incorrect food was nearly 45 frustrating minutes. Despite being reassured that there was enough staff, they seemed overwhelmed by the Saturday lunch rush. While the staff were pleasant, it was clear they were under immense pressure.

Marvelous experience at M and S, with the standout staff member being Michael O'Conner! He was incredibly helpful and friendly, guiding me through the store and assisting me in selecting two clothing items which he kindly held for me. Afterwards, he escorted me to the food section and graciously processed my purchase at the cash register before accompanying me out of the store in the most pleasant manner. To top it off, he arranged a taxi for me and ensured I safely boarded. What a kind-hearted young man! It's truly refreshing to encounter such exceptional customer service.

Michael is a true asset to Marks and Spencer, a store that truly lives up to its great reputation. The products are top-notch and the clothing selection is excellent.

A member of the management team decided to enlighten us about some mysterious, unwritten rules (we had a shopping cart near the self-checkout area where my one-year-old was comfortably seated). This individual managed to achieve the impressive feat of making my wife tear up with his condescending and passive-aggressive attitude. Unacceptable behavior that falls far short of the standards one would anticipate from a store that prides itself on its image.
