I recently had a bra fitting with Lorna and she was absolutely fantastic. She took the time to get it just right and her advice was spot on. Turns out I've been wearing the wrong size for years, but now thanks to Lorna it's all sorted. A massive thank you again, Lorna, you're a star!!

Absolutely brilliant store, I must say! The café was out of eggs for the all-day breakfast, can you believe it? So, I suggested, "Can't you just pop downstairs to grab some eggs?" But the fellow behind the counter simply said, "We don't really use them." Quite the unique approach, I must say!

I just wanted to express my gratitude to Ayob for his assistance in checking the stock at your Silverburn store and online for a suit I was searching for. He managed to find it in the right size and placed an order for me through click & collect. Additionally, his demeanor was incredibly pleasant throughout the interaction.

I purchased £25 worth of flowers yesterday at the register and then noticed that some of the roses had brown edges and the expiry date on the roses was 31/3. I asked to exchange them for other roses that were more closed, and I hadn't even left the shop yet. However, the manager refused and said that if the roses didn't last until 31/3, then I could come back 😡. These flowers were for my 90-year-old mum in a care home for Mother's Day, and I expected better from M&S... I was actually about to buy a baby gift, but I ended up going to the next store and spending my £150 after this experience.

Lovely staff and a good selection of clothing. We popped in to pick up some school clothes for the little ones, and we trust that what we purchase at M&S will get the job done. And endure as long as one can hope with the wear and tear of kids!

Popped into the supermarket around half-eleven this morning, and to me surprise, there was no queue and the store wasn't too packed. Perfect for a leisurely stroll through the food hall. The shelves were well-stocked and the expiration dates on the products were decent as well👍 ...

Just wanted to share my two cents on this supermarket. The food is okay, but there are times when you can find comparable quality products at a better price in other places.
Samuel Moore (23/08/2025, 12:25):
We didn't plan on buying anything from the food section, but we couldn't resist picking up their 'Dine in for £12' deal, which never disappoints.
Judith Turner (23/08/2025, 07:00):
I recently had a wonderful experience at Supermarket thanks to Lorna's outstanding customer service. She not only helped me find the perfect size for a men's hoodie, but also assisted me in ordering it online since there was only one left in stock!

I was impressed by the fantastic selection of fruits, especially the diamond strawberries and Tutti Frutti grapes. I haven't been able to find anything similar in other markets.

The store is conveniently located within Silverburn, with ample parking for disabled individuals and families nearby.

Additionally, there are customer toilets and a cafe on-site where you can grab a quick coffee and bite to eat.

Much improved, I must say! The ladies department is looking sharp, and my wife is loving your coats. However, I'm having a bit of trouble finding long black business socks, as I've been a loyal M&S customer for years. As for the gents department, it's still quite good overall, but the shorty jackets are a bit bland for my taste. I'd love to see more leather and a bit more color variety. I've been on the hunt for that one item for months now, but I'll be stopping by again this week. The Men's Department is a must-visit for us men, especially for essentials (although I have noticed a slight dip in quality recently).

Keep up the good work! With a touch more creativity, this department could easily become a top contender, just like your food department - my wife is currently sitting pretty on 350,000 points. We all root for Mark's to succeed. What would Britain be without you?
Tyler Murphy (17/08/2025, 14:25):
Absolutely dreadful experience dealing with the manager, Lorna, at this store. It is truly baffling how someone so unfriendly and unhelpful could be employed by a reputable brand like M&S. After numerous disappointing visits, we have decided to boycott this store and are even contemplating avoiding all M&S stores in the future.
Alexander Cook (17/08/2025, 12:05):
I popped into the supermarket earlier today and had a wonderful experience with Janet in the women's section. She really knows her stuff and represents Marks and Spencer exceptionally well. Top-notch customer service!
Jerry Cruz (16/08/2025, 15:52):
Always a jolly good time 'round these parts. The chaps on staff are a helpful lot, quite savvy about the goodies on offer. The joint's had a bit of a spruce-up in the past year or so, I must say it's quite the transformation!

Only slight hitch is we seem to be overlooking the pack of four plant-based veggie burgers and the burger slaw. Reckon they'll make a comeback come summer, but we find ourselves pining for these treats on the regular... 😩
Alexander Patterson (15/08/2025, 09:22):
I must give a shoutout to Michelle Sheils at the café for being so observant and thoughtful today. When she saw my wrist plaster while serving me, she kindly offered to bring my coffee straight to my table. It's little gestures like these that truly brighten my day. Cheers to Michelle for her kindness!
Kathleen Harris (13/08/2025, 09:36):
Just had a bra fitting at the Silverburn store this morning. Dawn, the lovely young lady who assisted me, was extremely professional and very helpful. I would definitely use this service again! 👌👌
Russell Perry (13/08/2025, 06:31):
Lovely variety of edibles and garments, quite the queues but to be anticipated with such a top-notch shop.
Kathryn Murphy (12/08/2025, 20:53):
I absolutely adore the wide array of fresh produce available at Supermarket, from the delectable bakery offerings to the vibrant fruits and vegetables. It's always a joy to feast my eyes on such a cornucopia of options, particularly during the holy month of Ramadhan.
Joe Ortiz (09/08/2025, 18:03):
Loads of lovely new items in the shop, loving the new hues as well. The cafe is top-notch, can't imagine my life without M&S. Cheers!
Doris Gray (06/08/2025, 19:16):
An excellent assortment of men's, women's, and children's clothing. Plus, a superb selection of home decor items and a delightful food hall. Complimentary parking available with easy access to various other shops and dining options.
Stephen Carter (02/08/2025, 03:46):
Yesterday's bra fitting experience was absolutely brilliant. I booked online and when I arrived at the scheduled time, I was taken care of right away. Alexandria was incredibly helpful and dedicated a lot of time to ensure that everything fit perfectly. The store was pristine and well-organized.
