I popped into the Silverburn store today regarding an issue that ideally should have been resolved online, however, the online support team was unhelpful. I received exceptional support and service from the gentleman who assisted me. He went above and beyond to help me, despite facing challenges with tech support, store support, and customer service. I was quite distressed, but he showed genuine empathy and dedication. Instead of giving up and leaving me to handle the problem myself, he persisted in finding a solution. This has been the best customer service experience I've ever had. I will definitely return to the store to learn his name and will also reach out to their head office. He is a true asset to the company.

I say, they made an attempt to shoo us away with a Bluetooth speaker whilst we were perusing their phone selection. Dreadful customer service, if you ask me. My advice would be to steer clear of that establishment until they give their whole staff the boot.

Went into the store to purchase a new phone for our son. Found a phone quickly and waited in line to be helped by a staff member. We ended up waiting for 40 minutes before being assisted, even though there was a staff member not doing much during that time. Only three other staff members were working, and the line behind us was getting longer. It was a bit of a mess, as there weren't enough staff members working and there should have been someone dedicated to handling non-contract sales. We did end up buying a phone, but the wait would have been the same for purchasing headphones or a protective cover... just not up to par.
