If I could award this store 0 stars, I certainly would, and it's not due to the team. Until the regulations regarding disabled parking bays are actually followed through, I pledge to never set foot in this store again. Every time I've stopped by, you'd be fortunate if even a third of the vehicles had visible disabled permits, and I have yet to witness any vehicle being penalized for non-compliance because enforcement is lacking.

I visited the most dreadful Asda for a click and collect a few months back, and let me tell you, it was an absolute nightmare. First off, they claimed that our order had been picked up already when it hadn't. Then, after some back and forth, they finally admitted that it was just sitting in the back. Instead of bringing it out to us like they should have, we were made to go inside and fetch it ourselves with a trolley. What's even the point of offering click and collect if we have to do all the legwork?
And don't even get me started on my recent experience with getting an order delivered to the store. Apparently, only one employee is capable of handling orders, and wouldn't you know it, she's out sick. How this place manages to stay in business is beyond me. It seems like the employees are all completely clueless and can only handle one specific task in the store, which they can't even do properly. It's a complete shambles, I tell you.

I must say, I was quite disappointed with my experience at Asda Robroyston today. The level of Prime exhibit was not up to par compared to what I typically expect from an Asda store. The presentation was lacking and the variety of flavors was rather limited, especially when Prime is usually a standout feature at Asda. Perhaps Asda Robroyston could learn a thing or two from the team over at Asda Summerston, who consistently do a fantastic job.

It's absolutely dreadful, and it seems like no one in the store is effectively managing this issue. Last week, I waited in line for 20 minutes before eventually abandoning my shopping and heading elsewhere. I decided to give it another shot this week, but alas, it was the same story. As I stood in line, many others were voicing their dissatisfaction with the situation. So, if you plan on doing your shopping there, be sure to pack a flask because you'll be waiting for quite some time. The staff at this establishment are terribly impolite. The female supervisor, in particular, is exceedingly rude in her manner of speaking, giving off the impression that you are unwelcome. The variety of products available, from groceries to home essentials and clothing, is truly impressive. The car park is vast, although navigating it during busy hours can be a bit tricky. Inside, queues can sometimes stretch to 3 or 4 people deep, but there are self-checkout options available. The store is equipped with escalators and a lift, a currency exchange counter, a self-service gas station, a pharmacy, and even a café.

I was in need of a pharmacy open on a Sunday, so I headed to Asda Robroyston pharmacy as they were supposed to be open. Upon arrival, I found the shutters partially down. Uncertain if they were opening or closing, I approached and spoke to two employees behind the counter. To my surprise, I was informed that they were closing for lunch and advised to return in an hour. The way one of the staff members gestured at me dismissively made me feel unwelcome, which was rather disappointing considering I am a regular shopper at Asda. I don't believe customers should be made to feel like a bother while shopping. It was not mentioned on the website that they close for lunch, especially during peak hours. This experience left me dissatisfied with the customer service, and I intend to file a formal complaint.

I popped into this supermarket on Sunday, May 8th around 12:15-12:30 pm to pick up some cooked chicken. I patiently waited to be attended to, but the girl behind the counter seemed engrossed in a chat at the back. I had to signal to her that I was waiting... must have interrupted her conversation as her demeanor was far from welcoming! There was no apology for the wait or even a simple thank you after I was served. Quite disappointing, I must say.

I pop into Asda every Monday, and it's always buzzing with activity. However, I find it quite baffling that despite having a good 15 checkouts available, they only operate around 4 or 5 of them. This often leads to long queues that stretch back into the aisles, resulting in a wait of at least 20 minutes on a decent day. I've attempted to vary my shopping times, but the situation remains the same. Perhaps Asda should consider hiring additional staff to man more tills – I presume they can afford it. If this issue persists, I may have to contemplate switching to Tesco, as I typically spend around £300 a month at Asda.

Even though I reside in England, I spend my weekdays up in Glasgow for work, and I usually do my shopping at this Asda as it's conveniently close to my B&B. I typically pop in on a Monday around 6 PM and I'm consistently let down by the quality and availability of fruits and vegetables. There are times when the fruit shelves are completely bare, and other occasions when the produce appears to be past its prime.
Even the fresh and packaged dry foods are frequently out of stock, sometimes for several consecutive weeks. I never encounter this issue in England, so I can only presume it's either due to poor management at this specific store or that Asda in Scotland provides subpar service.
